LLishBTricky to find your way to this place and at night the location is very isolated didn't feel safe to walk from the Bullring.
There was a water problem and I feel it should have been communicated this at check-in however was compensated for water issue and thankful.
I stayed in an ensuit and I know it's a hostel however there should at least be a kettle in the room just you get towels for this just my observation.
Overall it was a pleasant stay as I would imagine they don't have water issues always.

CcultureloverrNot far from the centre. It was clean and had curtains for privacy. I found it positive in general. The noisy entertainment venues around are a minus but it didn't bother me much as the sound stopped at a certain time.
