The hotel is conveniently located - 15 to 20 minute walk to both Firenze SMN Train station and also the old town of Florence. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. There is also a spacious waiting room for both waiting and luggage storage. The room is very clean and modern and amenities such as complimentary water and a modern TV are provided. Two minor complaints are that my bathroom doorknob was dislodged somehow and also that my bed was lined in the middle so i could only sleep on one side - perfect for couples but not ideal for solo travellers. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel as it is afforable, convenient, and also clean, and has friendly staff.

Great stay! The room was very clean, and my roommates were all lovely and had a good routine. Although it was listed as a six-person room, it was actually a five-person room. The private bathroom was very convenient. There's a Carrefour right next door, and it's only about a ten-minute walk from SMN train station, with a McDonald's and KFC along the way. I was very satisfied with this trip.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable and easily the best value for money on our trip. Everything about it was fantastic. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, providing genuinely thoughtful service. The check-in perks were a real treat: we received a complimentary welcome drink on arrival, with a choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic options, and free pasta every evening, which was a delicious bonus. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, with brand-new, complete facilities, making for a very pleasant stay. There's also a convenient water dispenser in the public area on the first floor. Transportation was a breeze. The tram stop is just a minute or two's walk away, and it's only two stops to the train station, saving us a lot of time and hassle getting around. The hostel's common areas are well-designed, with both indoor and outdoor dining and relaxation spaces, and you can order food on-site. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, making it easy to meet fellow travelers from all over the world, which was a great social experience. Considering the accommodation quality, extra perks, and excellent location, I highly recommend this hostel.

I had a fantastic stay at Safestay Pisa Centrale and was very impressed with the overall experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Pisa and get around the city, while the atmosphere was friendly, welcoming, and relaxed. The staff were helpful and the facilities were clean and comfortable, making it a great choice for both solo travelers and groups. I would definitely recommend Safestay Pisa Centrale to anyone looking for affordable, convenient, and enjoyable accommodation in Pisa.

This hostel completely exceeded my expectations for its price point. It's located in a monastery, which you can actually visit, and they offer a free breakfast of coffee and a croissant. The location is super convenient, close to both the train station and major attractions, making it perfect for backpackers like me. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great.

The accommodation was very cute, cozy, and well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations. The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at night since there’s a bar nearby. Also, the property doesn’t provide soap or shampoo, but towels are available to borrow if you need them. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

There's a dedicated women's area, completely separate from the mixed-gender dorms, which feels very safe. There's also a small terrace where you might see cats from the neighborhood. The facilities are basic; the pots in the kitchen are old, and one of the shower racks is broken, but thankfully there are enough shower stalls. For food, they offer some bread, cookies, eggs, pasta, and tea, all free of charge. The location is excellent, close to both the train station and bus stops. Florence's main city isn't that big, so pretty much everything is within walking distance. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and even a Chinatown.

I would give this hostel a perfect score if it weren't for its location. The living conditions are ideal; the beds are even more comfortable than those in a hotel. The only issue was that the air conditioning was too cold and couldn't be adjusted, making me feel a bit chilly at night. The staff were very helpful, and the lobby was clean and cozy. However, this hostel feels more like a hotel than a traditional hostel because there's no communal kitchen. You can use a card to operate the washing machine and dryer, though. There's a study area, and it seems you can even book yoga classes and other activities. If, like me, you prefer to stay closer to the city center, this might not be the perfect choice, as the nearby bus route 17 is often delayed or unreliable. But if you prioritize a comfortable living experience, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I have to say this is one of the best hostels I've stayed. The guy at the reception was super nice and friendly. I guess it was typically of outgoing italians, totally surprising for me who stayed in Sweden for quite long. I had a separate bed, not top-bottom style beds typically for hostels. And it was an awesome experience. There were a closet, a desk, an air-con, etc. When I checked out, the lady at the reception kindly asked if I would like to store my luggage there.

The room was clean and comfortable, with good service. They were very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was really convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay in Florence
