The room is quite nice and clean. Except for the bar downstairs, which is a bit noisy, everything else is recommended.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel, its nice decor, practical opening of doors by code. You should know, for heavy sleepers (or non-sleepers) that there is entertainment until midnight. For your information, bring your own bath towel or rent it, your toiletries are better, sheets and a big warm duvet provided, great!
So on the other hand, a special mention to the staff who are really friendly, attentive and always ready to help even in the middle of service. If I come back to Florence, it will be in this establishment.

The location, staff response, and breakfast service were very good. However, after checking out, my feet became very itchy, and the next day they were so swollen that I couldn't walk. Probably bed bugs. I've been stung before, so I'm pretty sure the swelling and itching is normal. I thought I was being careful because it was a trauma level, but on this day the train was late and I was tired late at night, so I didn't check. be careful.
