"Helpful and friendly staff, the cleaner is very friendly too. Nice stay just the shower room abit small."
Grand Hotel Baglioni
"The location is fantastic, right opposite the train station. The environment is absolutely top-notch; though small, it's very comfortable, and the room style is very 'European.' Breakfast was great (the croissants were delicious every day), and we enjoyed city views overlooking the Duomo while eating. The service attitude was also excellent! All in all, great value for money."

Hu Firenze Camping in Town
"We were starting to get fed up with city centre hotels during our month-long European trip so decided on Hu Firenze Camping in Town. This would be a new experience for us. Getting there from the main train station was pretty easy. Hu Firenze messaged accurate and easy instructions to get the 14B bus from outside the station near Burger King. The bus took about 15 minutes and dropped off right outside the entrance to Hu Firenze. The journey is €1.50 paid by credit/debit card tap and go. Reception was friendly and efficient. Throughout our 3-night stay, everyone was very friendly and professional. There was a small supermarket with prices similar to other small supermarkets. The onsite restaurant is not a typical campsite cafe, but offers great coffee and food. We had breakfast there each day and pizza on the last night. The pizza was amazing. There are three pools with lots of sunbeds, laundry, showers for people camping or in RVs. We had a mid-level bungalow as we had intended just to sleep there. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The air-conditioning was new. There is a fridge. The beds were comfortable and we ended up sleeping really well every night. Probably the best thing was the vibe. Everyone was so friendly and talked to you. There were so many cute dogs with friendly owners. We will be staying here next time and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in the heart of a beautiful region."
Rocco Forte Hotel Savoy

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze
"Everything was excellent. The reception staff, service, doormen, and breakfast were all amazing. I could see the top of the Duomo’s bell tower from my room. Great memories."
Fattoria Il Milione Agriturismo
"See previous comments, this is the second night, no refund!"
Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze Hotel
"Title: Disappointing Experience That Didn’t Match the Photos I booked a Premium room specifically because the listing photos showed blue-sky views and a golden dome. However, upon arrival I was assigned a room on the first floor facing a dark, rundown alley—nothing like the images. The bathroom also didn’t match the photos: it was much smaller, with virtually no counter space. When I raised this with the hotel, I was told I hadn’t booked a “Premium room with view.” At the time of booking, my only options were: a cheaper “Deluxe,” a more expensive “Premium,” and a “Suite.” As a guest, I relied on the photos shown for the Premium category, which all featured a view. The mismatch felt misleading. I asked about changing rooms, but was told the hotel was fully booked and that they had already given me a “larger” room of 20 m². The stated size range for the Premium room is 18–23 m², so this didn’t resolve the core issue—the lack of the view shown in the photos. After persistent requests, I was offered a second-floor room in another building without an elevator. That room had a larger bathroom but a smaller bedroom, and the window opened directly onto exhaust vents. It wasn’t a viable alternative. Overall, this was a disappointing experience for a five-star property. While staff were polite in manner, the room assignment and photo discrepancy felt misleading, and there was no practical solution offered despite the hotel being aware of the issue. To add to the frustration, I later noticed my luggage had been dented. In summary: the Premium room I received did not match the advertised images—especially the view and bathroom—and the lack of clear labeling (e.g., “with view” vs. “no view”) led to unmet expectations. I hope the hotel updates its listings to accurately reflect room types and views so future guests can book with confidence."
Columbus Urban Resort
"Wonderful stay in Florence: Our stay in Florence was truly enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the room size was perfect for a family. The staff were exceptionally attentive to our 10‑year‑old son, which made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served as a buffet on the terrace with a beautiful view — an excellent start to the day. Special thanks to Alessandra at reception, who not only provided us with great information about the city but also assisted us whenever we needed support. If we return to Florence, we would definitely choose this hotel again."

Hotel Grifone Firenze

"This was the only hotel in Italy that provided slippers – Florence truly lives up to its reputation! Both the aesthetics and service were top-notch. The location is super convenient, just around the corner from the train station, making it easy to get anywhere. The breakfast was quite substantial, and they even put a cute little smiley face on my coffee, which was a lovely touch."

"Really ordinary"
