GGuest UserVery satisfactory hotel, the room is large, the double bed is very comfortable, two children each have a bed. The jacuzzi and shower are large. The minibar is free of charge for pure water, sparkling water, sparkling wine, red wine, biscuits and chocolate. The location is right next to the Duomo, and all the attractions are within walking distance. The service is warm, the English is very good, and the breakfast is very rich. Recommended.

Xxiaochuchu因為前一站威尼斯瑞吉給我們留下極好的印象，以為佛羅倫薩瑞吉也一樣出色，但事與願違。連住三晚，第一晚淋浴到一半，開始流淚流鼻涕，眼睛漸漸難以睜開，打很多次噴嚏，應該是對什麼過敏了。離開浴室，稍微好轉，第二晚又繼續，比第一晚更加厲害，不知是不是我對浴室使用的清潔劑過敏，請客房服務員來對淋浴房進行沖洗，第三晚仍舊如此，都是洗澡到一半，開始涕淚不止，流淚到眼睛不能睜開，還好衹住三晚，離開佛羅倫薩，到了羅馬瑞吉，立刻症狀消失。

AAnonymous UserOut of a perfect six, I'd definitely give it a six.
1. The guy at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name, but he's in my picture! He made us feel right at home. Although the Park Hyatt Milan we stayed at was also very good a few days ago, the service at this hotel felt even more like home.
2. The room was incredibly new and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The complimentary fruit and turndown service were excellent. They even refilled our bottle of water when they saw we finished it!
3. The restaurant in the hotel lobby is absolutely delicious! The chef is the same as at the Michelin-starred restaurant. If you're looking for great taste and value, the lobby is the place to be.
4. If I ever return to Florence, I'll definitely stay a few more nights at this hotel!

PPhilip T.This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance. We will definitely come back!

GGuest UserWe had a very solid stay at Hotel Grifone. A pretty large, comfortable, and clean room, with a balcony even. It was a bit of a hassle to get to our room (2 different elevators/staircases separated by a hallway), but on our first trip to the room, a staff member showed us the way, which was a nice touch. We also really appreciated the free flavored waters and teas/snacks/mimosas provided in the lobby - was a lovely surprise.
The hotel is in a very residential area, so it's pretty quiet at night. Does take around 25 minutes by bus to get there from the old town area, but they came relatively regularly (the signs posted on the stops were hit-or-miss on accuracy - the buses usually ran late).
Signora Helena on the breakfast team was truly the sweetest person we met during our entire 2 week trip around the country of Italy. She always greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service (remembering that we have yogurt every morning and bringing it to us without us asking by the third day of our stay, checked in about what coffee we wanted, and more!). We really loved her, and it made our mornings brighter to see her! The front desk staff were all excellent as well! Super professional and answered questions about Florence and the hotel with ease.

DDarrenGreat Hotel. Excellent location and accessible to most attractions. Pleasant check-in and can state that all staff were extremely nice and helpful. Amazing room provided (complementary upgrade). Kitchenette with sitting area, large bedroom with comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with a massive spa bath. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The surrounding scenery is nice. It is not far from the city center and can be walked. If you have a lot of luggage, it may not be convenient

GGuest UserBad experiences with this Hilton hotel. It should not be called Hilton.
1) My reservation could not be found in the system. So I had to wait for almost an hour before getting the room which is almost 10pm.
2) I was told that I had to contact trip.com in the morning regarding my booking. Hoerver, trip.com customer service agent was very attentive and fix this issue for me in the next morning immediately.
3) The phone in my room was out of order. I told the front desk to have it fixed while I was out but when I am back it was still out of order. So, I had to walk down to the front desk everytime I want to get some service.
