"Locating this property, one must first ring the doorbell and then push open a thick, heavy wooden door – it felt just like stepping into an ancient castle! This place is indeed a conversion from a historic building. It's important to note this isn't a standard hotel, but a B&B. After booking online, I received an email informing me that check-in is only available at the front desk between 3 PM and 8 PM, and there's a €25 fee for arrivals after 8 PM. Upon check-in, the staff were quite strict, outlining various rules, including a prohibition on bringing drinks, fruits, or any other food into the rooms. Despite being housed in an old building, the rooms are remarkably modern in their decor and facilities, and are very comfortable. Housekeeping is provided daily. A highlight is the top-floor terrace, which boasts fantastic views, including a clear sight of the Florence Duomo's iconic dome and Campanile."

"I feel that Trip.com communication with the hotel needs to be improved. Check-in is self-check-in. The landlord sent me a picture description and an email, but I received an email and did not receive the picture. It was not very smooth to find the room. "This was the place I stayed during my trip to Florence. It was a great location, reasonably priced, and a great room. The staff in the office always greeted me with a bright smile and were very attentive to my needs. I needed to drop off my luggage on my last day, and they even asked if I needed anything before I even asked. This place offers excellent location, service, and comfort, so I highly recommend it! (Note: The garbage truck that occasionally comes in the early morning can be noisy.)"

"The rooms are antique, well equipped, clean and tidy. Close to the train station, there is noise in the road when the window is opened, and it is very quiet when the window is closed. The room is small, there is almost no extra space, and it is not easy to put a lot of luggage."
