I would like to point out that I was unable to stay at the property as I had to postpone my stay due to an unexpected work situation. I informed Soggiorno Madrid of this unexpected event via email, asking them to cancel the reservation without paying the penalty (this is a non-refundable reservation). Despite my request, forwarded both via App and email, I was literally ignored. However, they continued to send me messages regarding self check-in, ignoring my request. I am even more disappointed as I had already been a guest of their facility and I would have expected more considerate treatment. After this experience and after wasting €134 they will never see me again!
