A Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special
We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special.
The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat.
We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us.
Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant.
One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical.
Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling.
Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition.
We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us.
If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night.
This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area.
Highly recommended. ❤️

Guest UserLet's start with the positives: The room was absolutely impeccable – from its design and decor to the overall experience, size, and amenities. It was so good, I'd honestly give it a 6 out of 5! Even the owner's photos don't do it justice; it's incredibly beautiful, spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Plus, it was spotless. I would definitely return to Florence just for this stunning room. It featured a double jacuzzi tub, a lovely terrace perfect for drinks and snacks, and even a sauna room – the first time I've ever seen one in a hotel room, though I didn't get a chance to use it. In short, everything about the room was perfect. The building itself has a charmingly old, manual elevator, which added a unique touch.
Now for the downsides:
Firstly, it's not in the absolute city center, located about 2 kilometers from the main attractions. While you can walk there, exploring the sights once you arrive still requires a lot of walking, which can be challenging in hot weather or if you're not up for extensive walking (like me). There's also a C1 bus nearby that goes to the sights, but if you don't want to wait an hour, don't even bother! Its schedule is a complete joke; you never know if or when it will show up. That said, I found staying a bit further out totally worth it for such a gorgeous room.
My second issue was quite frustrating. Although it's listed as a 'hotel,' it's essentially a guesthouse or Airbnb, meaning there's no front desk. Any problems must be communicated via email with the host. Despite stating he's available 24/7, he wasn't responsive at all. On my first night, there was no hot water for the shower. I emailed the host the next day to report it, but he never replied – not even when he sent a reminder email for check-out! He completely failed to address the hot water issue. Luckily, I returned during the day and coincidentally met the cleaning lady, who helped me fix it. Otherwise, I would have gone a second day without hot water. So, be aware that without a proper front desk, problems might go unresolved...
Aside from that, everything else was perfect. The nearby cafe recommended by the host also served a delicious breakfast. Oh, and the Chinese embassy is close by, which added an extra layer of safety and peace of mind.

The triple room booked is very large in the corner room and the scenery outside the window is very good. The important thing is that it is very convenient to go anywhere, and you can walk directly. Health is OK, no particularly dirty place is found. The room is equipped with coffee machine, slippers, toiletries, etc.

Pros: great location, just a few steps from a few must see of the city. Cons:the noise of morning workers cleaning or making deliveries in the morning (7-8am) and tourist making their way through the alleys and streets to or from hotels, bar, etc. will carry to tour room... maybe disrupting your sleep. Also, if you're going to arrive after the reception closes it can get tricky or stressful as you have to reach out an on-call reception person (in my case it took 3 dials in to hear from them, I got delayed 20min. on the road and the person left and have to call again). The lock of my room and for the constant slamming of doors rooms seem to be a bit tricky to operate. Finally, the safe in my room was looked at my arrival, so I couldn't use it. Not the best value and wouldn't recommend it.

张Very nice family hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean, and wine, cakes, etc. are also delivered. The transportation is very convenient. The train station is a 5-minute walk. The bus stop to the mall is between the hotel and the train station. There are also many places to eat around. Go out and walk on the right for 10 minutes to the commercial center...

We had a very good stay, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The only thing is that it’s not specify on trip.com that the room in not directly a part of the hotel but a room in a building at 4 minutes. The address for the checking is Via delle Ruote, 52, 50129 Firenze FI, Italy (Hotel royal). We could still enjoy all the services as breakfast, pool and luggage storage. I recommend

The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The check-in instructions were clear.
The noise from the street was disturbing. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much.
And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice.

Liza8486Wonderful apartment, very close to the city center, a 7-minute walk from the train station. The rooms are clean and modern, and there are very few guests. We were provided with an iron, and the room had coffee, a kettle, and tea.
Highly recommended.

The guest house location is so convenient, near the train station and only a few minutes' walk from most of the famous sightseeing points and shops.
.
We received detailed and clear instructions for entering the house, so the check-in procedure is completely self-service, offering the highest flexibility and autonomy that we wanted.
The host also generously offered us luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which is perfect for visitors planning a multi-city trip.
We must also add our recommendations for the restaurants along Via Venezia—so close to the guesthouse and so tempting that we wanted to try them all (a pity we didn't stay longer and sample more).

The room is large, and the ventilation system is good.
The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it's good with its location, as it's located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station.
However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn't suitable for you as they don't have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it's windy.
It's a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it's not bad!
