"This property is really close to the train station and that is really helpful. It has an empty feel as the reception is in another building down the street and so you enter the room via code on the doors. Overall the room was adequate with a working television (most of the rooms I have had do not have tvs that work). Overall it was a good stay but amenities are sp****."

GGuest UserA Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special
We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special.
The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat.
We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us.
Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant.
One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical.
Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling.
Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition.
We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us.
If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night.
This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area.
Highly recommended. ❤️
GGuest UserLet me talk about the advantages. The room is impeccable from design and decoration to experience. The area facilities are very good. I can give 6 points. Even I think the photos taken by the owner are not as good as the real thing in the room. Very beautiful, very warm, very design, very dry cleaning. Net, I would like to come back to Florence for this beautiful room. There is a double bathtub, massage, terrace, drinking and eating. There is also a sauna. I saw the first time in the hotel room with a sauna. Although I didn’t use it, everything in the room was perfect. Hotel The building has a very old elevator that needs to be operated manually.
But but the disadvantage 1 is not in the special city center. It is about 2 kilometers away from the scenic spot. It still needs to walk after the tour. If the weather is very hot or not very good, people (such as me) will be a little unable to walk and there is a c1 bus nearby to the scenic spot. You don't want to wait an hour, don't sit! ! Its timetable is a joke. You never know if this car will come and when it will come, but I am willing to live a little farther for a beautiful room. It is worth it.
Disadvantage 2 is a bit unpleasant for me because although it is listed in the hotel list, it is actually a homestay, so there is no problem with the front desk. I can contact the landlord by email. However, although he can write, he can contact at any time, but after contacting, he will not immediately return to the first night of the stay. There was no hot water when I took a shower in the room. I sent an email to the landlord the next day. Until the last day, I checked out and left. He didn't reply to me. He even sent an email to remind me to check out on time. I didn't help me solve the hot water problem! If it weren't for coming back to rest at noon, I just met the cleaning aunt and asked her to help me solve it. I didn't have hot water to take a bath the next day, so once I encountered a problem, because there is no front desk, it may be impossible to solve it...
In addition to this, everything else is perfect. The nearby cafe recommended by the landlord is also delicious. By the way, the Chinese Embassy is also nearby. The security is full.
GGuest UserThe triple room booked is very large in the corner room and the scenery outside the window is very good. The important thing is that it is very convenient to go anywhere, and you can walk directly. Health is OK, no particularly dirty place is found. The room is equipped with coffee machine, slippers, toiletries, etc.

GGuest UserPros: great location, just a few steps from a few must see of the city. Cons:the noise of morning workers cleaning or making deliveries in the morning (7-8am) and tourist making their way through the alleys and streets to or from hotels, bar, etc. will carry to tour room... maybe disrupting your sleep. Also, if you're going to arrive after the reception closes it can get tricky or stressful as you have to reach out an on-call reception person (in my case it took 3 dials in to hear from them, I got delayed 20min. on the road and the person left and have to call again). The lock of my room and for the constant slamming of doors rooms seem to be a bit tricky to operate. Finally, the safe in my room was looked at my arrival, so I couldn't use it. Not the best value and wouldn't recommend it.

张张Very nice family hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean, and wine, cakes, etc. are also delivered. The transportation is very convenient. The train station is a 5-minute walk. The bus stop to the mall is between the hotel and the train station. There are also many places to eat around. Go out and walk on the right for 10 minutes to the commercial center...

AAl ShermanWonderful Boutique Hotel inside Florence. Be sure to coordinate your check-in time with the hotel as it is not staffed after 7pm. So upon check-in, you will get your room, receive tourist info, learn about the all-day pantry (be sure to reserve with breakfast for this perk), pay city tax, and get the 24-hour entry code. My room had a/c, walk-in shower, a double and single bed, wifi, and space for 3 with luggage. Also, there's a community washer and dryer (please use your own laundry soap). Great location. You can leisurely walk the entire town in an hour.

GGuest UserThe room is beautiful, full of fragrance, especially clean and bright. Although the hotel staff can't speak English, they are very patient to talk to us using translation software, and the communication is also very pleasant. When I entered the room, I unexpectedly found a small balcony, a yard and a swing, which is very suitable for enjoying the journey

GGuest UserThe room is large, and the ventilation system is good.
The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it's good with its location, as it's located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station.
However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn't suitable for you as they don't have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it's windy.
It's a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it's not bad!
