room was very nice and spacious. comfortable and pleasant although shower is a bit small and they did not provide any utensils. location was superb! but can get a bit noisy when ambulances pass by and since it is opposite a rubbish throwing area

A hotel for backpackers. It's actually a very old room and a very old apartment too. The room is very big, it can fit 6 people. It doesn't have full hotel service and breakfast is a voucher for a restaurant that is about 5 minutes away.

방이 깨끗하고 두오모 바로 옆에 있어 이동하기 편합니다. 직원분이 아주 친절하고 자세하게 안내해 줍니다. 다만 승강기와 방 사이에 계단이 있어 무거운 짐을 들고 이용하기에는 다소 불편함은 있지만 문제가 되지는 않습니다. 짐보관 서비스도 해주어 체크아웃에 대한 염려는 없습니다. 또 방문하고 싶을 만큼 맘에 들었습니다.

Great location in the centre of Florence.
Room Lisboa was big, clean and comfy, had everything needed for a short stay.
The noise from the street was really loud during the night when the street cleaners/rubbish removal were working.
Margarite was very helpful, gave us a map and was very kind, other staff quite abrupt.

Per il ns anniversario mio marito ci ha regalato 2 notti in questo hotel con le nostre 3 bimbe di cui una neonata. Dato il costo mi aspettavo molto meglio. Sotto il divano letto delle bambine tantissima polvere infatti ho vietato alle bambine di andare scalze. La cosa più deludente e che non to aspetti da un hotel è che ci hanno rubato 40 euro. Ci avevano addebitato per errore 40 euro e avendo pagato con bancomat, come ci ha spiegato la ns banca, o lo storno viene effettuato subito o ci avrebbero dovuto fare un bonifico. Invece totale indifferenza, dicono che hanno fatto lo storno ma a noi questi soldi non sono entrati. 40 euro a famiglia in più a loro conviene. Un po meno a noi, una famiglia con 3 bambine e naturalmente non mi conviene andare dall avvocato dove pagherei 200 euro solo per la lettera . In conclusione evitate di andare. Pessima esperienza.

Veramente molto carino e curato. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza Raffaello. Arredata con gusto, smart tv grande, bagno comodo e attrezzato. Posizione comoda x girare nel centro storico essendo a 2 passi dal Duomo dalle principali attrazioni storiche e artistiche.Lo consiglio!

The only reason I give it 4 stars is because in the lobby area there is a bad sewage smell. The rest is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly.
