The hotel is very nice, but the room had a terrible smell that was reported and in the middle of the night we had a noise that we didn't know where it came from. We couldn't sleep well.
In addition, they did not reimburse me for my son who paid for breakfast in advance, which I did not use because he finally did not stay at the hotel. I requested to be able to use the breakfast value for another meal and it was impossible. Zero flexibility
I tried to cancel the reservation so they would charge me for the first night but the plans changed and I was not charged either.
They left for which I had to pay double.
The location is terrible, very far from the center of Florence and they have a shuttle bus with few round trip frequencies, which also leaves you very far from the city center. We did not understand that service offered.
Terrible experience at this hotel. I honestly don't understand how it's rated.

The environment is really nice, it smells like an aristocratic garden, but the house is really too big, it's very cold, and the cups are thin. It would be nice to go there when it's warmer, and the dinner is also quite delicious.
