Hotel in posizione strategica,a pochi passi dai principali musei di Firenze. Necessità però di più cura, è molto trascurato e sporco. Le camere sono ampie ma non pulitissime,si notano ragnatele,battiscopa usurati e soffioni doccia con calcare solo per dirne alcuni. Molto pericolose le prese sopra la doccia in junior suite, rotta con probabilità di corto circuito. Aree comuni trasandate. Il personale della reception disponibile e volenteroso nel risolvere gli inconvenienti di un hotel che necessita di un profondo restiling. Bravi 👍👍👍👍👍

Habitaciones ridículas. Recepción según la persona, desde amable a antipática, poco profesional, molestando al cliente. Desayuno reprobable. No nos han impedido disfrutar de Florencia pero nos han molestado y creado malestar que no buscas en un viaje. Nuestra agencia ha tenido que exigir el cambio de habitación. No llega ni a pensión. No informan de que el día de salida es la Maratón de Florencia y buscamos taxi con ansiedad. No agua caliente en el lavabo. Lo normal en florencia(tengo que viajar a menudo): hotel en palacio del siglo XVIII, solo fachada exterior, dentro una pensión antipática. Van sobrados. No vengáis a este hotel. !!!
