GGuest UserOverall it's average, not cost-effective. There is no indoor swimming pool, the location is a bit far from the city center, there is a shuttle bus, one way takes 15-20 minutes.

AAnonymous UserOut of a perfect six, I'd definitely give it a six.
1. The guy at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name, but he's in my picture! He made us feel right at home. Although the Park Hyatt Milan we stayed at was also very good a few days ago, the service at this hotel felt even more like home.
2. The room was incredibly new and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The complimentary fruit and turndown service were excellent. They even refilled our bottle of water when they saw we finished it!
3. The restaurant in the hotel lobby is absolutely delicious! The chef is the same as at the Michelin-starred restaurant. If you're looking for great taste and value, the lobby is the place to be.
4. If I ever return to Florence, I'll definitely stay a few more nights at this hotel!

Because the hotel is located in the old city, the house is relatively old, but overall the experience is good.

PPhilip T.This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance. We will definitely come back!

There are many pharmacies, fruit shops and other living facilities nearby. For transportation, you can use Uber or call taxi, or walk, it is only 100 meters away from the city center very close

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to shop. It's beautifully decorated, and the service is truly excellent. My initial room smelled of new furniture upon opening the door, which bothered me, so I contacted Ctrip to see if they could change it. Upon learning about this, the hotel upgraded my room, which I was very happy with. I was a little confused when my husband's bill showed a 50-euro tip. We asked the staff if it was mandatory, and they said it wasn't. However, I think if it wasn't mandatory, we should have mentioned it when we paid. Overall, I'm happy to tip, but 50 euros was a bit much, so my husband declined. I suggest that you allow guests to choose how much to tip, rather than simply requiring a specific amount.

WWojianqingshanduowumeiOld Qianfeng Hotel, the decoration style and facilities of the room are relatively old-fashioned, but the maintenance is not bad, do not like the old-fashioned style do not book. The room is large in size and much larger than the average European room. There are very few types of breakfast in the hotel, but the desserts are very beautiful and delicious. It is too happy to eat different small bread cakes every day. It is worth complaining that the room actually provides instant coffee powder. Get rid of this but in Italy, will the heart not hurt?

MM9906****I arrived early on the day of check-in, and even though it was before the official check-in time, the front desk staff proactively helped me get into my room early, which I really appreciated. However, the room I was assigned had a noticeable issue: not only was it right next to a storage room (for some reason, I always get these kinds of rooms in Italy), but there was also a strong sewer smell inside. I initially thought that since they had already accommodated my early check-in, I should just put up with it. But after I showered, the odor got even worse, making it impossible to endure for three consecutive nights.
Upon returning later, I went to the front desk to request a room change. This time, a different female staff member was on duty. She seemed very reluctant, her expression showing annoyance and a lack of professionalism. Although she eventually did change my room, the bathroom in the new room was almost half the size of the previous one, and I'm not sure if it was even the same room category.
It wasn't until the next day that another front desk attendant proactively apologized for the previous room issues and acknowledged the bad smell. Overall, this stay was a mixed bag, with inconsistent service quality.
