TTDHOThere are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

GGuest UserA very good hotel. It is on the edge of the Arno River. The sunset in the morning is so beautiful. After a day of shopping in the discount village, I didn’t want to take a taxi. I had dinner in the hotel. It tasted good. Desserts were also given after the meal🍮 If I have the opportunity to come to Italy again, I hope to stay here

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to shop. It's beautifully decorated, and the service is truly excellent. My initial room smelled of new furniture upon opening the door, which bothered me, so I contacted Ctrip to see if they could change it. Upon learning about this, the hotel upgraded my room, which I was very happy with. I was a little confused when my husband's bill showed a 50-euro tip. We asked the staff if it was mandatory, and they said it wasn't. However, I think if it wasn't mandatory, we should have mentioned it when we paid. Overall, I'm happy to tip, but 50 euros was a bit much, so my husband declined. I suggest that you allow guests to choose how much to tip, rather than simply requiring a specific amount.
