Je suis déçu de la qualité de service pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Je résume : - drap sale resté inchangé jusqu'à la veille de notre départ après l'avoir signé - pas d'ascenseur au deuxième étage, ns devions donc descendre les valises par l'escalier, aucune aide proposée par la réception. - petit déjeuner correct, excepté l'absence de fruits frais (bananes vertes et pas de salade aux fruits), pots cuisiné vides (il fallait en réclamer) - impossibilité de faire imprimer la carte d'embarquement du départ à la réception C'est un hôtel de TROIS étoiles et non pas de 4 *

No service what so ever ask at bar no beer no coffee no body serving answer go to sister hotel 20 yards away. They only have roof top bar tough if rains it shuts. Plumbing hotel extremely noisy can wake you up inthe night. Breakfast really basic Worst hotel I hotel ever stayed in.

The room was advertised as deluxe and was far from. It was small, dark and very basic, something you would expect in a 3*. The window had privacy screening as we were facing a balcony with seating. The rooms in the other photo reviews look lovely, this was definitely not ours. The staff on reception were not helpful, we requested (on booking) a twin room but were told on arrival that none were available. After discussion with the provider the hotel did provide a twin room (probably why we got the room we we given). We subsequently booked a different hotel and checked out. At check out the reception staff were less than apologetic, discussing us in Italian, causing an uncomfortable situation. I do understand a little Italian and can only advise the hotel reception staff not to assume the customer does not understand what they are saying.

Cercavo un hotel in centro storico e abbiamo trovato dosponibile questa location tra santa maria novella e il duomo,che,a nostro avviso, è troppo cara per quel che offre. Camera piani alti con bagno minuscolo, impossibile lavarsi..soprattutto perche’ l’acqua calda era pressochè assente. Condizionatore per aria calda rumorosissimo. Camera molto molto vecchia. Un Balcone comunicante a quello della camera adiacente, e quindi non sicuro,chiunque poteva entrar in camera nel caso fosse aperta! Lato positivo..reception h 24!
