"This is a really great hostel, seems like it's converted from an art university student dorm. The rooms are super clean and have incredibly high ceilings, making the space feel huge. Besides being a bit outside the city center, everything else is excellent! You can take bus 17 from the train station, and bus 17B for tourist attractions. The light rail is also nearby, so transportation isn't too bad. The area around the hostel is very quiet."

"Conclusion: Five-star recommendation. Pros: 1. Spacious, with separate areas for the bathroom, bed, kitchen, dining table, living room, and outdoor balcony. It's newly renovated, clean, and features a minimalist modern style with complete amenities, including a self-service laundry room. 2. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with a dishwasher. Cons: When we arrived in the morning, the front desk promised us a high floor and specifically mentioned the 6th floor. We also did a pre-check-in and left our luggage. However, when we returned in the afternoon, they told us that due to a system error, we couldn't be accommodated on a high floor. They didn't even inform us proactively. It was only after we received our room card (on the 2nd floor, facing the main road) and questioned it that they casually said, 'The system is down, we're very sorry!' We secretly felt discriminated against, and it's highly likely that the good rooms on the high floors had already been given to others."

"The hotel's location is very convenient, within walking distance of the train station and close to all of Florence's attractions. The only difficulty was finding the right door; the name sign on the intercom was very small (see photo of the door below). The room was very spacious and clean! Directly across from the apartment is the popular Osteria Pastella restaurant, where people often line up. We highly recommend it; the truffle pasta is amazing!"

"The room is very good, very clean, very bright, and very big. My girlfriend and I live here and it feels like home. The location is also very good, right near the train station. It takes up to 3 minutes to walk to Santa Maria Novella Train Station. There are delicious restaurants around, and it is also close to China Street! "During my stay, the hotel was undergoing a large-scale renovation. Half of the entrance was sealed, the lobby became smaller, and the rooftop restaurant with a view was closed. It looks like this project will take more than a year to complete."

"I arrived early on the day of check-in, and even though it was before the official check-in time, the front desk staff proactively helped me get into my room early, which I really appreciated. However, the room I was assigned had a noticeable issue: not only was it right next to a storage room (for some reason, I always get these kinds of rooms in Italy), but there was also a strong sewer smell inside. I initially thought that since they had already accommodated my early check-in, I should just put up with it. But after I showered, the odor got even worse, making it impossible to endure for three consecutive nights. Upon returning later, I went to the front desk to request a room change. This time, a different female staff member was on duty. She seemed very reluctant, her expression showing annoyance and a lack of professionalism. Although she eventually did change my room, the bathroom in the new room was almost half the size of the previous one, and I'm not sure if it was even the same room category. It wasn't until the next day that another front desk attendant proactively apologized for the previous room issues and acknowledged the bad smell. Overall, this stay was a mixed bag, with inconsistent service quality."

"The decor is classic and exquisite, and the rooms are very clean. The entrance is small but easy to find. It's about a 10-minute walk from all the attractions in the city. "As the first guest to book through Ctrip, I feel obligated to write a thorough review. Although Ctrip didn't have reviews, I checked ***********, Agoda, and Douban, and the reviews were all quite positive. I compared them repeatedly before booking. I stayed for four nights and was generally satisfied. This guesthouse has both distinct advantages and disadvantages, but it's very cost-effective. Perhaps because we booked early, it was cheaper; four nights cost around 4500 RMB. Let me start with the advantages: Excellent location; within walking distance of the Florence Cathedral, David, Uffizi Gallery, and the city center. The train station and Piazzale Michelangelo are a bit further away, but you can take a bus for 1.7 euros, which is just across the street (about 20 meters away). It's very easy to find and close by; bus number 23 goes directly there. Daily housekeeping and three types of water are provided daily. The room is new, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. There's a safe and air conditioning. The shower water pressure is strong. The staff are very helpful during their shifts, assisting with tasks like carrying luggage, calling taxis, and getting water. Disadvantages: The room is quite large, but there's very little counter space. The tabletop is small and already cluttered with a coffee machine, kettle, cups, and saucers, leaving only room for things on the floor and in the cabinets. The bathroom is large, but there's also no storage space. There are plenty of electrical outlets, but none are in a usable location; you have to unplug the lamp. There's one outlet near the floor, but there's no table for it—are we supposed to just leave everything on the floor to charge? The hairdryer is practically unusable; the airflow is very weak. There are no trash cans or bags in the room, but that's typical in Rome, so we had to find our own bags. There are about 30 steps leading to the entrance, but it's not too strenuous. Overall, I think if you can overlook these issues, it's a pretty good place."
