The room was a bit basic, like a budget hotel in China. I booked a single room and the bed was only 80 cm wide. It was quiet though, and had a small balcony. The air conditioning/heating was too dry and couldn't be adjusted, so my throat was really dry at night and I had to get up for water. The bathroom fan was very loud, so I had to turn it off. For over a thousand (presumably currency units) without breakfast, it felt really expensive for this standard. But I guess everything near tourist attractions in Florence is pricey. It's about a 20-minute bus ride or 35-minute walk to the sights. I'd generally recommend staying closer to the Duomo to save time, as the price difference isn't huge. Do note that some B&Bs don't have elevators, which can be tough with a lot of luggage. This place, however, does have one.

A very good hotel. It is on the edge of the Arno River. The sunset in the morning is so beautiful. After a day of shopping in the discount village, I didn’t want to take a taxi. I had dinner in the hotel. It tasted good. Desserts were also given after the meal🍮 If I have the opportunity to come to Italy again, I hope to stay here

The hotel is conveniently located - 15 to 20 minute walk to both Firenze SMN Train station and also the old town of Florence.
The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. There is also a spacious waiting room for both waiting and luggage storage.
The room is very clean and modern and amenities such as complimentary water and a modern TV are provided.
Two minor complaints are that my bathroom doorknob was dislodged somehow and also that my bed was lined in the middle so i could only sleep on one side - perfect for couples but not ideal for solo travellers.
Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel as it is afforable, convenient, and also clean, and has friendly staff.

I chose this hotel because I'd heard many older hotels in Europe have soundproofing issues. If your priorities are a comfortable bed, hot water, good soundproofing, and a new, clean room, then this hotel is definitely an excellent choice. It doesn't offer beautiful decor, complimentary snacks and drinks, or various apps. However, I prioritize a good night's sleep, so it perfectly suits my needs.

Am Anfang habe ich Sorge gehabt weil viele schlechte Bewertung schreiben. Aber das Zimmer war in Ordnung und Sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker. Es gibt viele verschiedene Sorte (Herzschaft und Süßes Essen). Die Rezeption war nett. Die Schlüssel war etwas besonderes aber Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir geholfen wie ich machen kann. Die Beste Teil ist in der Nähe Leopoldo Station. 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gab Restaurant in der Nähe.

Room is big with sauna and jacuzzi. Clear check in instructions. Very clean and self control air con. Safe and quiet street. Bus stop nearby. However, bus schedules are unstable, prefer walking, around 25mins walk to Cathedral of San Maria del Fiore. Pleasant walking even during summer times as some shops along the path.

The hotel is about a twenty-minute drive from the train station. If you turn right after exiting the hotel, there's a bus stop within a two-minute walk that takes you directly to the Florence Cathedral. Walk an extra minute and you'll find a large supermarket with a great selection of goods, perfect for buying food to cook back at the hotel. Our room (Room 13) was spacious, with a separate kitchen, walk-in closet, bathroom, and a huge terrace.
I booked four nights consecutively for just over 3700 yuan. Breakfast isn't included. This is a guesthouse converted from an old house, and it's very quiet. It overlooks a garden, which provides a lovely environment. There's also a gym on the basement level, though I didn't get around to using it.

A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

KoutianyangyuJust outside the old town, a very comfortable hotel with a beautiful small garden. From the 5th floor rooftop you can enjoy the dome and tower of Santa Maria del Fiore. The rooms are fully equipped, the hotel is decorated in a modern and artistic style, and the service is attentive and friendly.

My first time in Florence, and this hotel truly amazed me. It was exactly as I imagined, with a beautiful villa-style design. I personally prefer quiet hotels, and the staff here were incredibly warm and provided excellent service. Even though we don't speak English, they were very patient and communicated with us wonderfully. The dinner was the best and most satisfying meal I've had in any hotel during my European travels, which is saying a lot considering how picky I am about food, especially with a 'Chinese palate.' Breakfast was quite standard, and you need to book dinner in advance (it's not included, by the way). Anyway, it's definitely much better than those popular, 'influencer-recommended' restaurants outside. I stayed during the May Day holiday, and the price was around 1000+ [currency], which I believe was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

The most luxurious and spacious hotel in the whole of our Italy trip. There were buses around the hotel that takes you to the centre of Florence. Daily cleaning was provided too which we appreciated! The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. The furnishings are luxurious, we especially enjoyed using the projector and there was even a washing machine even though we did not use it. Do note that this hotel room is a 3-4min walk from the main hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here and will recommend this hotel :)

15 minutes walk from the center of the old city, there is a parking 500 meters nearby, parking is not very convenient; the hotel facilities are good, except for the people who can't see the service every day, the language communication is not so smooth; there is a net red bull shop nearby, very special, you must try, there is a small supermarket; The price is much better than the four or five-star hotel in the city center, which is the biggest selling point.

It’s a b&b type of accommodation. We stayed for two nights. We liked the common area which has a little balcony with flowers. The room aircon was not functioning and we didn’t know why the room is much hotter than outside (eg the common area). We tried to open the door to let the cooler air coming in but we didn’t realise that we also let mosquitos in.

Friendly and welcoming staff, and excellent value for money. Clean and quiet. We were even warmly welcomed by the hotel cat! A great experience overall. The only slight downside was the internet, which was a bit slow.
