We stayed here for two days for our holiday. Everything was perfect. Receptionist Jasmin is a very caring and smiling lady. Roberto, who is also in charge of the breakfast room, is a very sweet and caring lady. Our rooms were cleaned every day. Our mini bar has been renewed. There were so many options for breakfast that we were confused about what to eat. We rented a bike for 10 euros per day. They were very nice bikes. Thank you for everything.

Hotel bem mediano. Aparência de velho. Banheiro pequeno. Nos hospedamos por 3 noites e não repusaram as águas do frigobar, não repuseram as amenities do banheiro e não trocaram as xícaras de chá utilizadas. Teve um dia que saímos, deixamos as chaves com a recepção para limpeza, e quando voltamos, nosso quarto não estava trancado. Hotel longe do centro histórico. Não recomendo.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. This hotel is located close to restaurants and stores. Very close to the center as well. They are friendly and get you taxis when needed. I recommend this hotel when you are in Florence.

Camere piccole ma carine e ben pulite,gentilissimi alla reception un po meno la signora addetta alla colazione (poco gentile e molto acida).un altro problema è il ****** al mattino già prima delle sette, le stanze non sono insonorizzate, quindi si sentono tutti i rumori.

O Hotel fica fora da ZTL, ajuda muito para quem estiver de carro, rua movimentada, estacionamento complicado para o check-in, mas depois tudo foi resolvido. O estacionamento do hotel fica numa rua próxima e é coberto (€15 por dia). Recepção simpática e muito solícita em resolver e explicar como seria o estacionamento, como também outras demandas que tivemos. Do Hotel aos pontos turísticos levamos de 20 a 30' caminhando pelas ruas de Florença. Quarto OK, nos atendeu muito bem. Comércio e um excelente supermercado próximo. Café da manhã OK.
