It is a B&B hotel, a little far from the city center, but it only takes 20 minutes to walk to Santa Maria del Fiore. Before checking in, you need to send your passport photo to the front desk email. If you can't arrive between 8 am and 2 pm, you can check in by yourself. The front desk will send the door password to the email, and the room door card will be put in an envelope and left at the front desk to find it yourself. The hygiene is very average, even the kettle is full of scale and half a kettle of water left by the previous tenant. There is a yellow toilet paper roll in the bathroom, and there is dust on the floor.
