Florence Hotels with Jacuzzi

"An interesting hotel! We were given a two-story room, with the bathroom on the second floor. The location was great, convenient for the train, and an easy walk to Trattoria ZA ZA (a wonderful spot for lunch and dinner). The hotel breakfasts are good and filling, and there's a rooftop bar with amazing views perfect for catching the sunset – highly recommend it!"

"Let's start with the positives: The room was absolutely impeccable – from its design and decor to the overall experience, size, and amenities. It was so good, I'd honestly give it a 6 out of 5! Even the owner's photos don't do it justice; it's incredibly beautiful, spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Plus, it was spotless. I would definitely return to Florence just for this stunning room. It featured a double jacuzzi tub, a lovely terrace perfect for drinks and snacks, and even a sauna room – the first time I've ever seen one in a hotel room, though I didn't get a chance to use it. In short, everything about the room was perfect. The building itself has a charmingly old, manual elevator, which added a unique touch. Now for the downsides: Firstly, it's not in the absolute city center, located about 2 kilometers from the main attractions. While you can walk there, exploring the sights once you arrive still requires a lot of walking, which can be challenging in hot weather or if you're not up for extensive walking (like me). There's also a C1 bus nearby that goes to the sights, but if you don't want to wait an hour, don't even bother! Its schedule is a complete joke; you never know if or when it will show up. That said, I found staying a bit further out totally worth it for such a gorgeous room. My second issue was quite frustrating. Although it's listed as a 'hotel,' it's essentially a guesthouse or Airbnb, meaning there's no front desk. Any problems must be communicated via email with the host. Despite stating he's available 24/7, he wasn't responsive at all. On my first night, there was no hot water for the shower. I emailed the host the next day to report it, but he never replied – not even when he sent a reminder email for check-out! He completely failed to address the hot water issue. Luckily, I returned during the day and coincidentally met the cleaning lady, who helped me fix it. Otherwise, I would have gone a second day without hot water. So, be aware that without a proper front desk, problems might go unresolved... Aside from that, everything else was perfect. The nearby cafe recommended by the host also served a delicious breakfast. Oh, and the Chinese embassy is close by, which added an extra layer of safety and peace of mind."

"Great room in a nice building close to transport - tram. Or 25 minute walk to the main railway station. Lovely attentive staff and a great choice for breakfast too. However if you have a room on the street side it can be noisy in the evenings and you can hear others walk up and down the stairs as they head out or down to breakfast."

"The hotel is conveniently located within 5-6 minutes walk from Florence SMN train station and major tourist attractions like Santa Maria del Fiore and Academia Gallery. The property is well decorated in modern style and the room is very clean. Yet, the elevators are rather small. For travllers with a load of luagages, it may not be able to carry all of them in one ride. A plus is that the hotel provides unlimited refill of water."

"Booked 1 night and we arrived early but they were gracious to grant an early check in. We had a triple room that was very comfortable and clean. The room included basic amenities. The A/C provided sufficient cooling but I think it could struggle during the summer months but the large windows when opened would provide good airflow. The bedding was plush, clean and on the firmer side. Our room was on the rear wing where the suites are and the soundproofing between rooms was decent but you could hear the garbage buggy rattling across the cobbled streets every so often when it passes so light sleepers might want to be wary."

"The hotel is very close to the train station, but it feels very safe. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was absolutely charming; he heard my husband was learning Italian and chatted with him for ages, which really made our day! Our room faced the courtyard instead of the street, so it was very quiet, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive, and I'd say it offers excellent value for money in Italy. We're very grateful for the hotel's service and ambiance, which made our two days in Florence truly enjoyable."

"EXCELLENT place to stay if you’re visiting Florence and want to be in the heart of everything.  first time to Florence and this place stole my heart. it’s the best accommodation across the main 3 cities of Italy i’ve been (venice, florence, rome) and the attentiveness from the staff were amazing. the room is extremely clean and perfect.  no complaints except that the bathroom floor might get slippery after being wet so it’s better to put floor mats. however you can easily use the towels provided.  breakfast was amazing and selection was so good.  there’s nothing else i will say except: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"
