Although the room is not particularly new, it is the style of Florence. The decoration of the hotel is very attentive and the service staff is also very nice. They patiently answered my questions about transportation.

It is a little less than 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella station, but it is in a quiet place.
The facilities, rooms, and services are just like a 5-star hotel.
The breakfast was also rich in variety, and the omelette and cocoa ordered separately (free) were particularly delicious. Staff were very helpful.
