It was an amazing experience and the room was absolutely beautiful. We had the junior suite with the jetted tub. The staff was great and the area was perfect! My only concern was the smell that came from the bathroom every night when I was trying to sleep. Not sure if it was just old plumbing but I had to close all the doors because it was overwhelming. Again only happened at night which was strange. Besides that small problem everything was great and would absolutely stay there again!

The manager call our Taxi and drop off our 6 suitcases through the stairs.

We checked in via the internet picked up our key in a box no problem manager contacted me the WhatsApp also great connection for no desk person.
Nice breakfast helpful staff good place to leave the bags while we were out seeing Florence on the way out of town.
Reasonably priced for a bit of an awkward check-in.
Our room was above a yard where there was a bit of work so there was a bit of noise nothing to bother

What a beautiful accommodation in the San Firenze Piazza, in the middle of the historical center of Florence. Walking distance to everything Firenze has to offer. Cannot pay enough compliments to the wonderful staff. Federico took care of us like family. When we arrived there was a problem with our room, Federico upgraded us for our entire stay. We didn't mind moving several times to whatever room was available... including, for several days, the amazing, elegant and spacious canopy room overlooking the piazza. We got to experience all the charm and comfort of each spacious room. The buffet breakfast was excellent in the lovely breakfast room. Self serve cappuccino machine and a wide variety of fresh pastries, fruit, cereal, juices, hard boiled eggs, cheeses and meat, etc.. The train station is walking distance but the stop for the bus to and from the station is just around the corner. Galileo 2000 is a charming property and interestingly, shares its walls with Leonardo da Vinci's house where the Mona Lisa was painted. Grazie Mille for the beautiful stay Federico.

I was charged in sterling for this stay and had to pay a mark up for conversion. The receipt said i had been offered a choice of currencies. I was offered none. Reception said they couldn't explain this or help me remedy it.
A really bad start to the stay.

Veramente bellissimo b&b, in pieno centro a Firenze, ottimo servizio per il parcheggio auto che vengono direttamente a prendere di fronte l’hotel (basta concordarlo 1h prima con proprietario). Ho dormito nella suite con idromassaggio, mi è piaciuta molto. Ottima la pulizia, ottimi i kit bagno e asciugamani di spugna sempre presenti e cambiati giornalmente. Bellissimo l’idromassaggio e ben funzionante. Ottimo il dialogo con la reception sempre disponibile. Punto strategico per girare tutto a piedi. Unica nota da migliorare la colazione, veramente scarsa. Mancano molti prodotti quali crostate, ciambelloni, in quanto c’è solo una scelta, per quanto riguarda le marmellate mi deludono molto quelle confezionati vista la struttura mi aspetterei di più. A parte questo piccolo appunto, consiglio vivamente questo b&b. ☺️
