Overall, I'm very satisfied. The front desk staff were very efficient and proactively provided an extra key card for electricity, which meant my devices could charge even when I was out of the room. The room was very clean, and the soundproofing seemed good too, allowing me to sleep comfortably at night. The hotel also has a gym with decent equipment, enough for a basic daily workout. I would consider staying here again if I return to the area.

Sanfang Qixiang (Three Lanes and Seven Alleys) is the most central attraction in Fuzhou, and I heard that officials and dignitaries used to live there, while Shangxiahang was for merchants and common people. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wenrufang, making it very convenient to get there by taxi or car for check-in. The 'Love Tree' is just a short walk to the main street. The hotel has an antique charm. The koi in the central courtyard are incredibly plump; they crowd together and almost jump out of the water when they see people! We arrived in the evening, and there was a Rongji Laohua restaurant right at the alley entrance. The seafood broth was incredibly fresh! Breakfast is at the Bingnuan restaurant across the street, offering fish balls, laohua, and delicious fried dough cakes in the morning. Next door, there's also Wenru No. 9, one of only three Michelin-starred restaurants in Fuzhou and part of the same group. Other aspects of the stay were good, but I'd suggest installing a few hooks in the bathroom for convenience. Also, the air conditioning was a bit tricky to figure out; I wasn't sure whether it was on or off. It would be best if the staff could thoroughly explain how to use it when bringing luggage to the room. I woke up twice in the middle of the night; it was hot when off and cold when on.

Initially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart. When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care. From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to public transportations, such as buses, train stations, and the subway, the famous hot spring park is nearby. There are abundance of restaurants within a short walking distance. While the hotel amenities may not have been updated to five-star standards, it was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was great. The check-in process and English communication were easy. Overall, I found this hotel to be a fantastic value for the price.

Our family had never been to Xiamen before, so we weren’t quite sure where to stay. We are absolutely thrilled with our decision to choose the TUI BLUE Royal Oceanview Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. Check-in was smooth and the reception staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, even with the language barrier. The hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking, and the friendliness of the entire team—from the hotel chauffeurs to the wonderful waitresses in the breakfast restaurant—made us feel truly at home. We booked two rooms, and both were immaculate, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious. We were especially impressed by the hotel management’s attention to detail and how attentive they were to our needs as guests. We also loved spending time at the enormous and beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the hot springs. To make our stay even more enjoyable, the reception staff and manager went above and beyond by helping us arrange bookings for Underwater World. Our family had such a wonderful experience, and we would definitely consider returning in the near future. The private hot spring in the room fills up quickly with water at just the right temperature. The bathroom is clean and tidy with a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries are provided. The night view is stunning, and soaking in the hot spring at night is especially relaxing. The only minor drawback is that the hairdryer isn't very powerful, but it's a small detail that doesn't detract from an otherwise wonderful experience!

I chose this hotel because of the Baisheng brand, and the service was indeed excellent. The front desk staff were gentle and patient during check-in, explaining all the services available. The hotel lobby also had free entertainment for children, which was great for guests who didn't want to go out in the hot weather, keeping the kids from getting bored. The playground next to the lobby was an additional charge, but reasonably priced, perfect for busy moms to relax while their kids had fun. With the hot weather, we relied on food delivery for Zhangzhou delicacies. The front desk even thoughtfully set up a special area for delivery drivers, with staff efficiently helping to confirm room numbers and phone numbers. The hotel cleaning staff were very polite, greeting guests. The rooms themselves were spacious, well-designed, and each had an outdoor balcony. From the balcony, we had a panoramic view of the exquisite Zhangzhou High-tech Zone. The location is excellent, right next to the ancient city, making it convenient to get everywhere. The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, featuring many local Zhangzhou snacks, all very well prepared. The mini hot pot area truly captured the authentic taste of Zhangzhou. Even picky eaters could find something they liked. Now for the drawbacks: 1. Although the rooms have outdoor balconies, two of our five rooms had a very strong smoke smell. This might be due to the tight turnover between check-out and check-in during the holiday period. However, I suggest that in such cases, it would be better to communicate with guests and air out the room with the windows and balcony open before they check in. 2. The hygiene in the hot spring area was not ideal. Also, it was hard to find staff for tea, and many tea dispensers were empty. There were no designated sections for cups either.

I came here based on recommendations, and the environment and hygiene exceeded my expectations. All the facilities in the room were spotless and in perfect condition, and the public lounge area was also tidy and clean. The hot spring area had its water changed and maintained daily, which made me feel very comfortable and safe soaking in the springs. The staff were all very professional and courteous, providing meticulous and warm service. Any requests I had were addressed promptly, making my stay both relaxing and pleasant.

The hotel boasts a tranquil and elegant setting right by the Jiulong River. An evening stroll along the river, enjoying the gentle breeze, is incredibly pleasant, and the night view is simply stunning with the beautiful reflections dancing on the water. It's also conveniently located not far from Zhangzhou Ancient City, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The room facilities are excellent: the rooms are spacious and bright, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. They're also equipped with smart devices. The complimentary welcome fruit was a thoughtful touch. As for the hot springs and service, the hot spring area has clean water, and the swimming pool facilities are complete. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive; they upgraded us to a river view room and even gave us a comforting cup of Luo Han Guo tea.

My stay was great! Tina, a staff member, was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and the overall service was thoughtful and meticulous. It offers good value for money, and I was very satisfied with my stay.
