Oubao Hotel: The ultimate family-friendly resort on Ocean Flower Island, an absolute delight! Taking my kids to Ocean Flower Island, Oubao Hotel truly delivered a ”dream vacation” experience that far exceeded our expectations! The hotel itself is a sight to behold, with four European-style castles encircled by a moat. When the lights come on at night, it feels like stepping into a fairy tale. The crystal bridge and spiral staircase in the lobby are incredibly photogenic, perfect for stunning pictures, and even the large lion statues at the entrance exude an impressive grandeur. We chose the ocean-themed room, which was even more amazing. With its aquatic blue tones and various marine creature decorations, my child shrieked with excitement the moment we walked in. The private balcony offers a glimpse of the entire Ocean Flower Island panorama, and the Y-shaped castle layout provides an exceptional viewing experience. Although the room wasn't massive, it was clean and tidy, with soft bedding and a separate wet and dry bathroom. The family room thoughtfully included a dedicated children's washbasin and small slippers, showing great attention to detail. A special thank you to the lobby manager, Han Chunchou, for his impeccable service. He was patient, explained everything clearly, and was handsome, gentle, and incredibly friendly. Fantastic! 👍

Traveling with friends, we chose the Baoting Qixianling Hot Spring Resort Hotel. First, we were immediately impressed by its tranquil environment, lush greenery, and fresh air. The hot spring water felt wonderfully smooth on our skin. Second, the hotel staff's service attitude was exceptional; they were always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The hotel restaurant's dinner was surprisingly good value for money, exceeding our expectations. We would definitely come back here for another vacation if we have the chance.

Whenever I want to eat seafood, I always like to go to Maniao. The first choice for staying is Lingao Country Garden Golden Beach. The hotel should have been opened for more than ten years. The hotel facilities are well maintained and the service level is excellent. This year, it was quite unexpected that a staff member contacted me in advance the day before check-in, and arranged a room for me in advance and upgraded it. Thank you very much. I hope that the service level can be maintained for a long time. There are not many good hotels on the west line of Hainan.

The service was exceptional; the butler was incredibly attentive 24/7. The room facilities were absolutely perfect. Waking up to the sea view, enjoying the sunset in the evening, and seeing rows of twinkling lights at night – it was a 360-degree panoramic experience. Plus, the breakfast was delicious! All in all, it was a very pleasant trip, a real escape from the city's hustle and bustle, truly healing for the soul.

This hotel is fantastic, absolutely perfect for families with kids! There's an indoor kids' play area on the first floor and even water slides. It really lets you relax and lets the kids entertain themselves. Erin's service was also top-notch. Plus, the hotel provides bed rails for younger children and the restaurant has kids' cutlery, which is great. Definitely my first choice when traveling with kids.

On our way back from Wenchang after watching the rocket launch with our child, we spotted Mission Hills Hotel, a place we'd stayed at before. Seeing such a great price, we booked it right away! I recall when Mission Hills first opened; it was quite a sensation, and we felt so proud to stay there. This time, with our child in tow, we arrived to find the doorman as friendly and enthusiastic as ever – truly maintaining their high standards. Even though it was almost midnight, the front desk attendant politely and gently handled our check-in, making us feel the hotel's service genuinely exceeds five-star expectations. Our room, while small, was immaculately clean. The thick carpet immediately conveyed its luxury status, and the room smelled wonderfully fresh, completely free of any odors. They thoughtfully provided a children's toiletries and slipper set for our little one. This attention to detail made us feel incredibly warm and cared for. Throughout our one-day stay, every staff member greeted us with a smile, making us feel completely at home. Mission Hills Hotel truly is a super five-star experience!

First off, all staff are so polite and welcoming! They will smile and greet you, from the moment you exit your ride to the pool area where you can go soak in the hot spring. I really enjoyed my stay here, it was extremely peaceful and quiet, I’m sure peak season might be different though. The beach across the road is lovely to sit by and the sand is clean. I enjoyed my breakfast and thanks to Ernest for helping me with check in, and allowing me to split my booking so I could get buffet dinners since I had no partner checking in with me. He was welcoming and explained everything well in English, thank you to Megan for answering my questions and updating my buffet code and Prima for the swift check out. I hope to come again here, while the hotel is a little old now they make up for in service. The housekeeping staff does a great job and cleans the basin and the room is spotless when you come back! The only complaint I have is that the tv has 1 English Channel and that switches to Japanese movies sometimes. At the buffet dinner, the manager helped me choose a hot pot of my choice, and showed me where to get everything, the second time she brought me a plate of the soup of the day, she was so kind and lovely, I didn’t catch her name but I have to say thank you to her aswell. Breakfast is delicious and there’s a variety of whatever you like. Desserts are divine!! The hotsprings are lovely in chilly February and there’s an indoor pool too. We drove around Hainan and were getting ready to take the ferry back to Xuwen Port. The Haikou Marriott Hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute drive from Xinhua Port. The surrounding area is lovely, offering sea view rooms, and it's very close to the exhibition center. It's a big-name hotel with fantastic service quality. A special shout-out to our butler, River, who added me on WeChat before check-in and thought of everything for us. The room facilities are well-maintained, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a rich variety. Parking is plentiful and convenient. We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Haikou. Five-star rating! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Overall, it was just okay. Facilities: Due to the weather, I didn't get to experience the hot springs, so I can't comment on them. Hygiene: The room was generally quite clean. There was a foreign object in the quilt the first night, but it was handled promptly. Environment: There are delivery options available nearby, but there's no robot to bring food up to the room, so I had to go outside to pick it up every time. In the room: The sink was too low, so water easily splashed out. However, the cleaning lady was very thoughtful and put down a towel for me. I spent one day trying the breakfast and dinner buffets, and I can only say they were very average, with too many pre-made items! The service attitude was good, though. I hope hotel management can make some improvements.

Glad I booked this room. The easy pool access was the highlight. We felt like we got a villa for a cheap price. The room and the pool were very clean. The service could have been better though. Like the afternoon tea at the lobby. We requested it to be delivered in the room but it was not allowed so we need to get it at the lobby. Second was the room service. There were many dishes that were not available in the menu and the staff made a mistake twice with our order. It took us an hour or so before we can finally eat our dinner. Overall, we would still want to stay here again.
