Highly recommended! The service was attentive and thorough, and my friends really enjoyed the rainforest environment. The famous infinity pool is fantastic for photos, and honestly, every spot here offers a beautiful view. The golf carts make getting around super convenient. The hotel provides 24-hour room service and even gave us a welcome gift, showing how much they care about our stay. I really appreciate their thoughtful and consistent service from start to finish. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance. The surroundings are lovely! Because of the great environment, guests are all very friendly with each other, and it's particularly convenient for self-driving tours. The hotel's rainforest setting is truly unique. The outdoor hot springs are very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is health-focused. A special shout-out to the hotel's wide array of activities. The air quality, needless to say, was so good it felt 'intoxicating' – the natural environment is just outstanding. The hotel's service, in particular, was warm and attentive, leaving us with wonderful memories of our vacation! The natural environment is truly exceptional. All in all, a very pleasant holiday experience, highly recommended!

I loved the room design; it was spacious and bright, with a great sense of openness. The hotel offers a variety of facilities: the kids adored the water park, while I really enjoyed the hot springs – so many different types to choose from! A soak in the evening helped me sleep so much better. The recreation center also had plenty to do, like ping pong, billiards, and an indoor pool, which are great options for a rainy day. I didn't get a chance to visit the card and chess room this time, but I'll definitely check it out next time. The service was excellent, with smiling staff everywhere I went. They even provided thoughtful welcome fruit and bedtime desserts. I also tried the Jiyuan travel photography service. The makeup, styling, and photography were all top-notch; I'm very happy with the results.

The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and the service from the Zirong housekeeper was thoughtful. They proactively shared information about children's classes, which made traveling with kids much easier. However, there were two issues in the room that affected our experience: the door lock wasn't smooth to use and should be replaced promptly, and the in-room telephone couldn't connect, making it very inconvenient to contact staff when needed. We hope the hotel can quickly repair and optimize these room facilities.

The hotel boasts a tranquil and serene environment 👍. The lawn is thick and clean, free of branches or dead leaves, and is constantly being tidied up. There's an outdoor pool and a kids' water park, both with very clean water. The hot spring pools, built into the mountainside (like the Baicao Pool and natural sulfuric mineral hot springs) are fantastic 👍 – it's incredibly relaxing to soak in them after a tiring day. The kids' play area is a bit small, better suited for younger children, but it offers a rich variety of activities; older kids can enjoy crafts and other options. The specialty Qingbuliang for breakfast is better than takeout 👍, and dishes like sour noodles and Hainanese fried noodles are also very distinctive. Even after staying for several days, I didn't get tired of the food. I'll definitely be back to stay again.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, and there are no restaurants nearby, so you have to take a taxi to eat out. However, the environment is nice, and the breakfast was decent. The reception staff in the lobby were all very friendly and even upgraded our room for free. The hotel's hot spring and pool are very comfortable, but you have to wear a swim cap in the pool, which wasn't communicated in advance during check-in. This wasn't ideal, and we ended up buying one on the spot. Also, the directions to the pool weren't very clearly marked.

I chose the State Guest House for my trip to Haikou to see ONER's concert. It really exceeded my expectations! Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very clean and conveniently located just a short drive from the airport. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, the Haikou State Guest House offered several different types of pillows that perfectly suited my sleeping habits. My room faced the sea and was quiet, and the curtains were excellent at blocking out light. It was a wonderful surprise to have all three of my personal needs met. Most importantly, the hotel was incredibly thoughtful; they provided ONER merchandise and even offered a shuttle service to and from the concert, which saved me the hassle of driving and finding parking. It was incredibly convenient! It was also great to chat with fellow fans on the shuttle after the concert.

AI recently stayed at Nanshan Temple Muyin, Qinghuandu Rainforest View Hotel, and overall, it was a very peaceful and enjoyable experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all amenities in excellent condition, which made my stay truly relaxing. The service was excellent. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. A great example of this was when I tried to work out at the gym, which is located outdoors and had flooring that wasn’t ideal. The staff noticed me exercising and promptly offered an exercise mat so that my clothes would not get dirty. This thoughtful gesture left a positive impression. The hotel facilities were generally good, and the serene environment around the property added to the experience. The food was okay—not bad, but nothing particularly outstanding. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of my stay. In summary, Nanshan Temple Muyin, Qinghuandu Rainforest View Hotel is a great choice for those looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent service and comfortable rooms, even if the dining experience could be improved slightly.

We went in mid June, rainy season so it was low season. For the price that we paid for the 2 bedroom villa, which included breakfast (at another hotel) entry to ocean park, The Five Country Hot Spring City, and personal shuttle bus service within the island. I think it was well worth it. Service was prompt and courteous, although communication was all through WeChat and in Chinese. Convenient but knowing sone Chinese would be better to utilize services . We stayed in the Japanese style villa, and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved having our own dry and steam sauna, and our own personal outdoor hot spring bath! Real hot spring mineral water! I recommend this place especially for people who love hot spring baths and want to avoid busy touristy hotels. Cleanliness: overall quite clean. Location: walking distance to ocean park and hot spring city, so quite convenient. 5-10 minutes shuttle ride to most places within the island. Service: knowing someone is available 24 hours was nice. They were eager to help with whatever we needed. The main concierge during the day was more friendly, competent and experienced. Amenities: everything we needed was provided. There was a Dyson hair dryer, fridge etc. If you are picky about your shampoo soaps etc, you may want to bring your own. But they do provide them.

The surrounding amenities are great, but it's very crowded. The shuttle service was terrible; the driver left without waiting for us, and didn't stop even when we chased after it. It was very sunny and hot, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids, unless you pay for their private car service. This felt like a hidden cost. We paid over 2000 for two rooms that day, which isn't cheap at all. The shuttle service from the hotel to the Ocean Park was very bad. The bus was packed, and my child even went missing, which led to us calling the police. This shuttle service has serious safety issues. For breakfast, there were too many people and not enough tables, so we had to wait a long time. We had to find seats ourselves with our child. There weren't enough staff, and the staggered timing for meals didn't work well. In short, it was a terrible and expensive trip. The staff themselves were very kind and helpful, but every single aspect of the experience made me feel like I was about to explode. I don't know why. It was completely different from our stay at Hilton last year. The room cleanliness wasn't great, probably because it was peak season and they didn't have time to clean thoroughly!

Staying at the Hilton in Wanning this time was a great choice, no regrets! The environment is incredibly comfortable, with coconut trees everywhere you look. Just step out, and you're at the pool and lawn. Strolling around with the sea breeze is so relaxing. The service is also super warm and thoughtful; check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient. Staff members greet you proactively whenever you see them, and if you have any questions, they're immediately there to help. The entire stay was smooth and effortless. This place is perfect for a vacation; I'll definitely choose it again next time.
