The front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient, guiding us attentively throughout our stay, which left a fantastic impression. The hotel is conveniently located right opposite a park, offering lovely green views from the window – a true oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle. We got excellent rest. The room itself was clean, hygienic, and well-designed, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

My stay at the MGallery Dongfengyun Hotel in Mile was a delightful surprise overall. First, the most striking impression: the environment is truly exceptional. The design is unique, beautifully integrating local artistic flair. Both the public areas and the rooms feel incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The service was also spot on; the staff were warm and responsive, always quick to help with any requests. The hotel's proximity to the Dongfengyun scenic area is a huge plus. They even offer free shuttle buggy service, making trips to and from the attraction convenient and hassle-free. However, a minor drawback is its somewhat secluded location. There aren't many decent restaurants nearby, so finding food outside the hotel can be a bit inconvenient. Fortunately, the hotel's own dining options are quite good, with a satisfying variety and taste, so eating on-site was a good experience. One more thing to mention is the hotel's complimentary photography service. They offer 5 free photos, but if you want more, you have to pay extra, and the prices are quite high. It didn't feel like great value for money, and I honestly think it would be better and more cost-effective to hire a freelance photographer beforehand. This was a bit disappointing. Overall, considering the fantastic environment, excellent service, and convenient location near the scenic area, it's highly recommended, especially for those looking for a quiet getaway and planning to focus their visit on the Dongfengyun area.

Starting from good things. Room with private hot spring was nice and clean and bed and bed linen was great. Despite hot spring pool was leaking and needed to refill constantly. But no problem with that if water supply is turned on and you can operate yourself with valves. Hotel staff recommended many places for eating outside. Thanks for that! We arrived before check in time and asked to spend our time near the pool area which was not problem. When I was looking for toilet then lady from shop told to me that I should go outside the territory and use toilet which is for camper van people. And it was not toilet but old school ditch. Fortunately it was cleaned. Lot of things are in real life different than in pictures what you can find in web pages. Many hot springs was closed, on site was not operating restaurants and bars. Only you can order food from app or go outside. Area is under the airplanes take off route that means in daytime lot of noise. About 6pm domestic water supply was turned off and situation lasted until our leaving next day about 11am. Hotel staff wrote that if you want to use toilet I should let them know and they will find a solution. No shower or washing. Breakfast was simple. In the breakfast area is operational coffee machine but for some reason lady behind the table told that not possible and drink cold pre brewed ice coffee? I hope that it’s not connected with lack of water supply. Machine may be filled with purified bottle water not local tap water.

Facilities: As a Pullman hotel under Accor's premium line, I had a predisposition when booking, and the quality control of a large group is a strong endorsement. However, it was only upon checking in that I realized the Pullman Lijiang absolutely offers excellent value for money and stands out among Pullman hotels in China. We were on a family trip with two older children, and the moment we opened the room door, we were incredibly delighted – it truly exceeded our expectations. This duplex room was incredibly spacious, equipped with both air conditioning and underfloor heating. In February, the room felt wonderfully warm as soon as we entered. Even the bathrooms had underfloor heating, which was genuinely comfortable. There were two beds on the first floor and a king-sized bed on the second. The bedding was so comfortable; as this was our first stop, we were experiencing significant altitude sickness, and our quality sleep here was well-guaranteed, which was incredibly helpful for alleviating the symptoms. The room had two bathrooms and all necessary amenities. The furniture and room design were very thoughtful; the biggest feeling was comfort. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent. Housekeeping staff cleaned the room punctually every day, including turndown service. They truly work hard, tidying up such a large room thoroughly multiple times. Thumbs up. Environment: The location is superior, facing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Every morning, you can watch the 'golden mountain illuminated by sunrise.' The hotel's design is very open and expansive, making for a refreshing and uplifting stay with excellent air quality. It's about a 10-minute drive to Shuhe Ancient Town and 30 minutes to Lijiang Old Town. Nearby towns, shops, restaurants, and food delivery services are all very convenient. Service: Honestly, the service was excellent. From the initial phone communication to the WeChat interactions with welcome ambassadors Lily and Tory, to the front desk staff, bellhops, restaurant staff, and housekeeping – every single person made us feel right at home, providing a sense of complete ease. Considering both value for money and suitability, I believe booking a Pullman villa for a family trip is an incredibly wise choice. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I will definitely stay here.

Immersed in the breezy tropical tranquility of the Lancang River. The moment I checked into the Jiangyu Jiangxia Hotel, I was blown away by the expansive views of the Lancang River. The heated rooftop infinity pool was a highlight of my trip – the azure mosaic tiles blend seamlessly with the river, and palm and banana trees unfurl their tropical charm by the poolside. I ordered a floating afternoon tea, and a wicker tray carrying cream cake and freshly cut fruit gently drifted over to me with the subtle ripple of the water. Sunlight filtered through the coconut leaves, casting shimmering golden reflections on the champagne flutes. The cool water washed away the afternoon heat, leaving only a sense of languor and serenity. As evening approached, the sunset painted the river honey-gold, the buildings of Gaozhuang across the bank lit up with warm light, and the distant bridge lights strung together like a river of stars. The evening breeze, carrying the moist scent of the river, brushed through my hair. In that moment, I understood the true meaning of 'luxury' – a perfect blend of nature and relaxation. Returning to the room at night, the minimalist grey-toned space featured a unique design aesthetic with a镂空（镂空 should be translated as 'cut-out' or 'openwork' to describe the staircase） cut-out art staircase colliding with curved archways. Nestled in Lijiang Old Town, it offers a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling streets. The ambiance is simply superb, with luxurious yet elegant decor, a serene courtyard, and spacious, comfortable rooms. Every detail exudes quality, providing a quiet and healing escape – truly a hidden gem in the ancient town. The views are breathtaking; you can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain directly from the hotel. On clear days, it's majestic and vibrant, while on cloudy days, it's shrouded in ethereal mists. Every photo turns out beautifully! Who can understand the joy of watching the snow-capped mountains from the comfort of your bed? The hotel takes care of all three meals, which just adds to the sheer bliss! Breakfast is rich and varied, offering both local specialties and Western delights. The afternoon tea is exquisite and soothing, perfect for enjoying in the sunny courtyard – so relaxing you won't want to leave. And the warm, comforting sweet soup before bed is a delightful touch, a little late-night indulgence that really hits the spot. Then there's the incredibly cute Border Collie, '13', the hotel's little celebrity – gentle, smart, sweet, and affectionate. Petting the dog while gazing at the snow mountains just melts all your worries away. The service is attentive and thoughtful, discreet yet comprehensive, offering a high-end experience with a warm touch. The environment, views, food, and service all deserve five stars. If you're coming to Lijiang, this is absolutely the place to stay. Book it with your eyes closed – you won't regret it!

As a loyal IHG member, I've stayed at over 10 InterContinental hotels in different regions, but the delightful experience at InterContinental Kunming genuinely impressed me! The hotel boasts an elegant environment, feeling like a sprawling resort park. It's incredibly photogenic, and the location is superb, just a 10-minute walk from Dianchi Lake. The path along the way is lush and green, perfect for taking bread to feed the seagulls in the morning. Breakfast was quite extensive, but with many guests due to the holiday, we opted for the Executive Lounge (à la carte + buffet). The Executive Lounge at InterContinental Kunming served the best food I've ever had! For dinner, besides the usual stir-fries, there were fish, shrimp, and various small cakes. Normally, I only take a tiny bite of cakes at buffets, but these cakes clearly used quality ingredients and had a rich, lingering flavor – I could easily eat several! Even the complimentary drinks for IHG members could be customized into fancy concoctions, and their taste rivaled Starbucks! (As a foodie, these are the details I notice.) The rooms were standard and perfectly adequate. The IHG Rewards Club front desk, the Executive Lounge, and all the service staff I encountered at the hotel were polite and provided excellent service. I stayed at many luxury hotels in different cities during my Yunnan trip, but for overall experience and value for money, I give InterContinental Kunming a perfect score! 💯

The hotel is situated right next to the wetland park, offering beautiful scenery. Our room was very clean, spacious, and bright, ensuring a comfortable stay. They even thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent. The hotel staff were very attentive, quickly resolving any issues we had. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious and carefully prepared dishes. This truly is a must-stay hotel in Baoshan. The room we stayed in was also very quiet, allowing for a comfortable and peaceful rest. I couldn't find any faults. They even helped me ship back items I left behind. The quality of Guanfang is indeed excellent.

I chose this place for my weekend getaway by Erhai Lake. The decor is full of exquisite details, and all the amenities are high-quality. The staff, from the lovely ladies at the front desk to the handsome guy on night duty, the auntie serving breakfast, and even the chef, were all incredibly thoughtful! Seriously, from the moment we arrived in the afternoon, starting with afternoon tea, everything felt so warm and welcoming. The latte art for afternoon tea was meticulously crafted, with rich, creamy foam. The cakes even matched the room's decor – how amazing is that?! We also had tremella soup in the evening. The rice noodles at breakfast were absolutely delicious! The accompanying whole grain staples included corn, pumpkin, sweet potato, tangyuan (glutinous rice balls), eggs, and bread. And the view? You get a panoramic vista of Erhai Lake! It's both serene and artistically vibrant! I really think their official description is too modest! The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the toiletries, toilet, even the showerhead were all top-notch. The foot bath room even had a floor-to-ceiling window with an electric transparency function – that was a pleasant surprise! They had a Dyson hairdryer, wooden combs, and huge succulent potted plants. I'm so tired, I can't even praise them anymore. I have to complain again about their promotional video; it doesn't describe the place nearly as well as I just did. This place is truly worth coming back to for multiple vacations!
