It was the worst experience ever. Starting from the front desk unprofessional attitude as we were received by Ehab who poorly handled our check in. By the time we reached our rooms, we were already stressed by the front desk inefficiency, inside the rooms there was Glass water bottles that couldn’t possibly be opened to the extent that we had to contact the housekeeping they also couldn’t open them, so after almost 30 min we finally got the normal easy opening plastic water bottles and finally managed to drink water. The rooms are extremely old to the extent that the doors open without keys ( videos and photos attached). The least I would say is that it’s not a safe place to be as you can’t possibly lock your doors. The second night there was very loud music from 1 am till 4 am, couldn’t get a minute of sleep during this period. We reported to the reception but as usual no action taken at all not even an apology. The next door room was extremely noisy too and as mentioned earlier no action taken by the hotel management until I threatened to call the police, which I should have done back then. The third day I had to shower in Cold Water the hot water was out. Two of our group vomited, the food is very bad quality, the management isn’t responsive to any complaints, they don’t even listen, they are simply absent. The GM is always not available inside the hotel and no replacements, only a front desk manager named Khaled Abdraboh, who’s unprofessional and clearly untrained, lacking wisdom & common sense. His behavior was extremely poor, arrogant & aggressive. I used to go there every year for more than ten years, I used to be a loyal customer and gave many good reviews in the past years but this time my experience was horrible. I would never lay a foot there. It’s a shame how bad management can destroy years of work and good reputation and kill customer loyalty forever.

We stayed here this past week June 2023, it was an amazing holiday. Pros- The entertainment team are brilliant, Bob, Vicki, Keko and Momento especially. They always came and spoke to us in the mornings. Making us laugh and getting us involved in all their activities. The lifeguards were also incredible. (Ahmed and Ramadan) Helping us move our sun beds either into the sun or into the shade. The lunch around the small circle pool was very good. Chips, pizza, burgers, kebabs. Very good food. Served from around 11:30 to about 3. Rooms were very clean, the cleaner was very good we were on the 5th floor room 1519 very good few of the sea and the next door hotel, nice and quiet in the evenings so would be good for someone who likes to go up to the room earlier in the evenings. Bottled Water was given to us everyday. Pools were kept clean and monitored throughout the whole day. Water slides were very good. Felt very safe and were again monitored the whole time. Food at the al carte restaurants were lovely. However you do need to book these quickly as they go very fast. We stayed up until midnight to make sure we got a space. Cons- Food at the buffet in the evening wasn’t brilliant, however I am a fussy eater, there wasn’t chips in the evening buffet any of the times we ate in there, the pasta station was very good for someone like me who likes plain food. The restaurants were quite warm so I found it quite uncomfortable to eat in. The boulevard burger restaurant was outside and I really struggled to eat here. The only restaurant which I thought was a nice temperature was the Asian restaurant, very good food in there was well. We stayed around what was meant to be the adults only pool. A smaller circle one in the middle, however there were more children in this pool than there were adults. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely return. We had a great time.

The Red Sea All-Inclusive Resort ⛱️ Hotel has multiple restaurants that basically meet dining needs around the clock. Unlimited drinks, beer, red and white wine, and rich food. There is a terraced swimming pool, a separate beach, and a tennis court. The hotel has free parking. The front desk staff is friendly to the Chinese. I met a person who might be a manager. He took the initiative to care about us and provided us with help. It is worth a hotel for vacation again.

This three-meal hotel booked 2 single-bed beds at the special price. The hotel decided to check in at 2 pm, we were more than one, and we were told to clean at 2 o'clock. We waited for more than an hour, and said that there was no room. We wanted to give us a standard room. I refused. I waited for more than half an hour and almost quarreled with the front desk. Then the front desk reluctantly said to give us a big bed sheet. There is a twin room but in a different building. I think about it. As a result, when I went to the room, I found that the single bed room environment was not bad, but the twin room was on the road in an old building, and there were no two beds in it. It was really nowhere to move, and I lived in it. As a result, the friend who stayed in the single room the next day and I said that several rooms next to him were empty. It is clear that the front desk feels that the special price has been lost, so I want to pull back a little. So everyone can book this mid-priced room, the special room is really poor service. This hotel can still accept three meals, after all, there are rice, chicken, potatoes and other foods we can accept. The Egyptian meal at the restaurant outside is not very tasty. The hotel lobby and swimming pool are not bad. If you live in a new building, it will feel good. There is a Chinese restaurant next to this hotel. The old building room was too bad to take photos. I took a photo of the new building.

Excellent hotel! Nice room, there is a refrigerator and a kettle, mugs and glass glasses, tea and coffee. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is a lot of food (we had breakfast and dinner) and it is delicious! Otherwise in Egypt there is a lot, but it’s not tasty) The beach is good, there are fish. Wi-Fi is sometimes slow, but it is available throughout the entire territory, even on the beach. In an hour you can walk from the hotel to the walking area with fountains and all sorts of cafes along the embankment or right along the beach. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back :)

We received a warm welcome at the hotel and this continued for the whole two weeks that we were there, all of the staff work so hard and nothing is too much trouble for them. We did not have a refurbished room but it was kept spotlessly clean every day (thank you Hassam) with a nice view of the beach. We requested a room near the main facilities because my husband cannot walk very well and this room (235) was ideal for reaching the restaurants, beach and pool. Each time we entered the buffet we would be greeted by Nada who was always cheerful. The food in the buffet was ok we managed to find something at each meal for us which is rare as we have one plain only food eater and a vegetarian in our family. It would have been helpful if there was a label indicating the suitable for vegetarians options though. When my husband was struggling to carry his plate and walk to our table one of the waiters would rush to help him even Yasser the manager helped him on many occasions and was very friendly and kind which we were grateful for as he was very busy every day checking that everything was perfect in all of the restaurants and bars. Thank you to Gerges too and shkran lak to Mostafa Salah for the Arabic lessons. We visited the Elia restaurant a couple of times the meals were very nice so thank you David for making our visits there so enjoyable. I couldn’t sleep very well because for some strange reason people in the rooms around us insisted on slamming their doors shut at all hours so I used to go to the beach early each day before breakfast,Taha and Muhammad would put up a couple of wind breaks around a pair of sun beds for me and I was able to lye in peace in the shade listening to the waves instead of the bang, bang, bang of the doors. There was never any trouble getting a sun bed at the beach throughout the day but it was January so I’m not sure what it would be like in summer. Similarly around the pool there were usually beds free throughout the day, the pool itself was nice and warm and we enjoyed sitting at one of the tables enjoying the view and having a drink at the pool bar. Unfortunately I managed to get a heat rash even though the temperature was only in the 70s I was chatting to Gomaa who works to keep the grounds looking so lovely and he advised me that the pharmacist across the road from the hotel would be able to help me and thankfully they did. We had three massages each at the spa during our stay the price was very reasonable, we also used the sauna and hot tub which was free. We used the gym which was well equipped and the staff helpful. We also enjoyed playing pool each day on one of the three pool tables at the hotel. A couple of days before we left we used the laundry offer Amear did a fantastic job our clothes were washed, ironed and folded so beautifully that we just put them straight into our cases. It was our first time at the Sunrise but now we know why so many people return here we had a wonderful time despite the door

There is no bathtub in the room, Ctrip has confirmed it. After entering the hotel, don't keep waiting just because someone is helping you check in and telling you that you have to wait for your room. We arrived at five o'clock and were told that the room was not ready. The hotel swimming pool closes as soon as the sun goes down, which is earlier than get off work time. The hotel has a free Italian restaurant offer, but it needs to be in advance. Therefore, if you only stay for one day, you will basically not be able to enjoy it. Of course, if you stay for two days, you may not be able to get it. The hotel provides all-inclusive meals, which are very good, and wine is also provided. The hotel is actually very big. Passing behind the swimming pool is the bluemakadi hotel, which has swimming pool performances every night. The bar at the entrance of the hotel is free before 12pm, but it says there is no ice, so I don’t order cocktails. Table tennis, tennis, and billiards are all available, so you can spend a day or two here. The hotel is a ten-minute walk to the beach, and you can walk straight across without leaving the door. There is no elevator in the hotel, so be sure to ask the waiter to help you carry your luggage, especially if it is heavy.

Stumbled into the base of a Chinese tour group The room is quite average and not worthy of the five-star rating. The food and beverage variety is very small and the quality is very average. The level is about 4 stars, which is lower than other five stars in the area where I live. It seems that it is because there are too many tour groups. There are very few entertainment facilities and there are no entertainment activities in the evening. The bay is also very ordinary. The beach and water quality are not as good as other bays in the Red Sea. If possible, it is better to live in the south of the city. There is nothing near the door, so forget it when you go shopping.
