Cheata Residence

The first night I was put in a room with an air conditioner that was running but never cooled. The next room had a family of very loud people that went most of the night. The staff is friendly and attentive, but obtrusive. I was moved to another room which had excellent air conditioning and was comfortable. I have lived extensively in SE Asia and am familiar with the culture. However, always being asked,”Where are you going,” or “What are you doing?” Made me feel very uncomfortable. Simply tell guests that if they need anything or have any questions to please ask, instead of feeling interrogated each time I walked in and out of the hotel. The girl that served in the dining room had a warm smile and was very kind and she always tried to serve well and did great. The days she was off, it was an uncomfortable awkward experience just trying to have a simple breakfast. Just trying to get salt or getting condiments so that I could eat my food while it was hot, was almost impossible. As an exercise swimmer, the pool was very unclear at first. I asked if it could be cleaned and their was resistance to do so. Eventually it was cleaned and later it was much better. I booked my room for two and my girlfriend was only able to be with me part of the time. One evening when I walked into reception with her, the guy was rude and disrespectful and interrogating us both. It was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation. I had booked it for two weeks. Two days before I left, one evening, there was a rat running on the soffit near the ceiling. I didn’t complain about it because my stay was nearly finished and I don’t know what they would even try to do to remedy the situation. The balconies are nice and overall it was quiet and peaceful.
Angkor Tempora Boutique

I recently stayed at the Angkor Tempora Boutique Hotel in Siem Reap, and I was absolutely blown away. The hotel is located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the Pub Street and the Old City. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a modern design with a touch of traditional Khmer style. The rooms are all air-conditioned and have a private bathroom with hot water. They also have a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a coffee maker. The hotel also has a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa. The staff at the Angkor Tempora Boutique Hotel are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever met. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. They also helped me book tours and activities, and they even gave me some great tips on where to eat and what to see in Siem Reap. Conclusion: I would highly recommend the Angkor Tempora Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap. It's a great place to stay if you're looking for a comfortable and stylish hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location.

Siem Reap Sok San Road
I wanted to stay somewhere close to my favorite resto/bar, Jungle Burger. This location is close to Pub Street also, but far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Hotel prices in Siem Reap are extremely good value as the town slowly gets tourists back in any numbers. I did have a hot water problem for which they were very attentive about. It meant changing rooms which was no big deal at all. This really is a little boutique gem...
Damrei Angkor Hotel

Great Hotel with free breakfast and huge rooms. All in all a very nice property. Very responsive service. Getting to any tourist spots is zero issue as they can either coordinate the tour for you, or if you want to go it solo there is usually one to three Tuk Tuks parked outside. (I use the Grab App essentially Uber and Uber Eats in one app) Pub street is a nice short walk away if you don’t mind the heat. There is a business across the street that does laundry and they are a beautiful family. Sweet people. They return your laundry folded and wrapped in plastic for you. Great experience in general and I will stay here again.
Memoire Palace Resort & Spa

We stayed at 4 hotels in Siem Reap on this trip and we both agree this was the best. The room was large with oversized soft bed and strong ac. Words just can’t describe the pool…biggest we have seen in our lives. It’s so relaxing to just swim around the whole thing. Breakfast was our best at this hotel as well. 100% loved it and would return.

Rooms are well maintained and clean. Service was good. Breakfast was enjoyable. It's located in a good location and easy to walk to Pub Street or parks. Sophorn was a really helpful staff and all staff were pleasant too. I would like to visit here again.
BB ANGKOR GREEN RESORT

There aren't many rooms, so we were able to spend 5 days in a quiet and relaxing stay. The restaurant's food was not very fancy, but it was exquisite and timeless, making use of natural ingredients. When we wanted to spend time on our own, they left us alone, and when we asked for their services, they responded flexibly and very kindly. This time it was just my wife and I, and we were able to make many good memories.

I can never be faulty when it comes to this hotel. The perfect place to have a good vacation. A hotel where you can access their huge pool and hear the birds sing. Lots of green everywhere. Ifyou love nature like me, I highly recommend this hotel. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Miss Sina and Mr. Chhun for making my stay extra special. Looking forward to coming back here.

Close to the airport, the chartered driver said it was a five-star hotel, the place where the checkin was antique, the hotel was Cambodian-style, the room furniture was wooden, there was a large balcony, the room was reasonably sized, the bedding was very good, comfortable The water in the shower room is slow and easily leaks out. The lobby restaurant, swimming pool and spa area are all Cambodian style, suitable for leisurely enjoyment of vacations. It is not necessary to travel without a car, and it is a little far from the attractions.
