About 15 minutes by car from airport. A quieter part of Jeju city but enough restaurants within walking distance plus on-site convenience shop. Clean and well-maintained with superb housekeeping crew. Breakfast buffet was average. On-site cafe has reasonably priced food and dribks. No dental kit or shaving kit in room and so bring your own!
I stayed at the Shilla Jeju for two days, and honestly, I wasn't entirely satisfied.
On the positive side, the hotel's restaurants are excellent. The food is authentic and delicious; I ate very well during my two-day stay 👍🏽. The oranges at breakfast, in particular, were incredibly tasty!
The hotel's walking trails are also beautifully laid out, offering comfortable sea views from above.
And all the staff I encountered were polite and greeted me kindly.
However, here are the downsides:
The hotel is showing its age. Some of the facilities are a bit old, and while they're well-maintained, the issue of drain odors was quite severe... The toiletries felt like they were from 20 years ago, which was a bit 'emmm...' I guess I was paying for the hotel's brand name, but the actual stay wasn't as great as I'd hoped 😂.
Secondly, the front desk made a mistake with our breakfast reservation time. The date they confirmed during check-in was a day different from the date they actually booked for us. Thankfully, the restaurant was able to amend it, but it still put a dampener on things.

My stay at the Memory Villa, a standalone ocean view villa in Aewol-eup, Jeju Island, completely exceeded my expectations! It deserves a five-star rating! I was blown away the moment I stepped into the villa. The standalone design offers complete privacy, including a private pool and stunning ocean views. It's quiet and private, and the interior is warm and stylishly decorated in a Korean style. It's a photogenic getaway with my girlfriends. The location is also fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the incredibly popular Blue and White Coffee, so dining and drinking options are a breeze. The Chinese host was incredibly kind, sending us a detailed check-in guide in advance. Any questions were promptly answered and any issues were proactively addressed. We even hired a car for two days, which was a fantastic way to explore the area. It was a truly memorable experience.
This is definitely the most satisfying B&B I've ever stayed in Jeju Island. I'll definitely stay here again next time and have already recommended it to all my friends traveling to Jeju!
I went there for the hot springs, and they were, of course, excellent. The location is also fantastic for sightseeing, with Bonte Museum, Bangju Church, and Biotopia nearby. Camellia Hill is just a 5-minute drive away, so I really got to relax amidst nature. The breakfast was also great value for money. I plan to go back with my friends. I even got to see a lot of stars at night, which was a nice change.

Very modern no lobby type of hotel, but the check in was easy and every thing was as per describe!
The bathtub and the sea view was the major attraction for us to pick this room, and it not disappointed at all! The only minor down side is the mirror was not being clean due to strong wind, and the hotel communicated that on the lift brochure.
The bed was super comfy and my little one having a very good rest throughout the night, while we enjoy the bathtub!
Very recommended!

The design of this homestay is very beautiful, showing the details and taste of careful layout everywhere. The room is elegantly decorated and warm, and the color matching is harmonious and comfortable, making people feel the warmth of home as soon as they enter the door. More commendable is that the owner of the homestay fully takes into account the various needs of the guests, whether it is perfect facilities, intimate preparations for small things, or thoughtful service arrangements, all make the accommodation experience particularly comfortable and pleasant. Overall, this is a quality accommodation choice with both aesthetic and practicality, highly recommended!
A great hotel for a vacation! The room was spacious, and the balcony offered a nice view. The hot spring water truly had mineral deposits, leaving my skin smooth and comfortable after a soak. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and there was even a Chinese-speaking butler who showed us to our room and explained the facilities in detail. Due to the underfloor heating and air conditioning, the room was quite dry in winter, but the front desk promptly responded when we requested a humidifier and bottled water. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant's view was breathtaking. The nearby Podo Museum is worth a visit. It was also easy to get a taxi to Seogwipo; an Uber arrived in about 5 minutes. If I come to Jeju Island again, I would definitely consider staying here, and I'm grateful to all the hotel staff for the excellent experience.
I felt so proud of myself for making the reservation.

DDazuishiruikeThis JW Marriott Resort in Jeju Island is absolutely fantastic, from its design style to its facilities! 👍👍👍 The volcanic rock design exudes luxury, and it's a perfect spot for photos 📷 with no bad angles. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets are meticulously prepared and elegantly presented, making every meal a comfortable and enjoyable experience 😊😊😊. The infinity pool connects seamlessly with the blue sky and sea, and its heated temperature makes it comfortable for swimming even in winter. The evening bonfire party was enchanting and unforgettable. The pure-tasting rice wine paired with sweet, soft, and glutinous roasted sweet potatoes was simply delicious. Although we never met her in person, our Chinese-speaking concierge, Jessica, left a deep impression with her thoughtful care and enthusiastic service. In short, this resort offered us an experience of luxury, warmth, thoughtfulness, and relaxation! With its luxurious ambiance and heavenly experience, this hotel is a definite must-book – you won't regret staying here multiple times! 💥 Giving it a five-star rating! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
