Hotel Plitvice

The scenic spot is extremely beautiful. It is a self-operated hotel with the same name as the scenic spot. You must wait until two o'clock in the afternoon to check in. You can only eat and drink in the lobby bar. Fortunately, the taste is good and the price is not high. The superior room booked is actually a small suite. It may be the reason for waiting honestly, the big sister at the front desk gave a balcony suite with lake view, beautiful!

Location: Very close to Plitvice waterfall. There's a view point just 5-10 minutes drive from the hotel where I could see one of the high light of the fall which it's very nice. I arrived in the late evening, so I didn't see anything. However I spent our morning walked around the hotel which was beautiful and worth walking. Room amenities: Perfect !! There're bathrobe and slipper for 2 persons which most of hotels in Croatia didn't provide. Also the hotel use high quality of shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. There's hand towel as well. Amenities I mentioned seemed simple in other countries, but not in Croatia. Breakfast: It's ok. There was no enough food, even though there's just another family in the breakfast area. I had to kept asking please fill in this and that which these shouldn't happen.

B&B Villa Sumrak Plitvica

The Villa Sumrak is a real secret tip for all who appreciate the hospitality maintained and want to meet the famous Plitwitz lakes in a more exclusive way. By contrast to the completely overflowed main entrances, Villa Sumrak is above the waterfalls, with the half-official entrance 3 to the park now in the footstep (10-15 minutes). Here you can easily pass with all online tickets for entry 1 or 2 and are at the place of installation for the boat in the shortest time. From here, host Miro has set up a great roundway through the park that leads one - always opposite the flow of the crowd - to the most beautiful points of the National Park. But also on the day of arrival, if you may not have booked tickets for the park, you will already be at its expense: outside the park there are also spectacular locations from Villa Sumrak: For example, Miro has been looking at the fantastic point of view on the old mill on the large waterfall, where the normal parking visitors often do not find. The excellent starting point is the hospitality: With a glass of wine, the route is cozyly discussed at the Villa Sumrak on the beautiful terrace - and let's go! At a surcharge there is breakfast and dinner. Most of the dinner meals really excited us! During hours in Dutch oven, calf garlic, stone fungus risotto for vegetarians, fresh chocolate cakes to the night table - the food was tasty and experience at the same time.

Nebojsa was very friendly and helpful. He kindly upgraded us from a standard room to the apartment for free as he had no one staying in it. He also gave us great advice about visiting the lakes, telling us exactly what route to take to see all the main parts within a day. We had a perfect day out in the park. The apartment was lovely, very clean and comfortable. It felt very modern and was nicely decorated. The kitchen was simple but well equipped with everything you need for making breakfasts and pack lunches (we didn't try to make an evening meal). The bed was very comfortable. The light does come in through the balcony door in the mornings as the sun rises on that side so take an eye mask if that will bother you. There was a fan provided in the apartment, although it was very hot in the day, it cooled down a lot at night and we were perfectly comfortable with the fan. We ate at the pizzeria next door both nights. The food there is good and it's very convenient to be able to walk next door for a meal. We had a perfect stay and would definitely stay here again if we come back.

We searched for a affordable hotel on half route Zadar - Ljubljana and landed in the hotel First tip from the reception was not on the bus park, but on the other side of the street to use the free parking for hotel guests It is very noisy in the hotel because you try to stop any conversation with music and basses in the hotel's locations, but you also hear in the rooms. Complemented by street noise because you put on biker The third bed I made myself, there are no bed lamps, breakfast focused on Croissants and yet delicious cafe The place does not really worth it and it is extremely windy Is the cleaning car on the floor

In the mountains, the price has an advantage, as a foothold, the requirements do not need to be too high. There is also a swallow nest at the entrance of the hotel.

Boutique Villa Pearl of Plitvice, Plitvice Lakes
4.5/56 Reviews
We just recently stayed at the Pearl of Plitvice. Amazing location with lovely staff. We were there for 2 nights while visiting the Plitvice NP. It’s located within walking distance to Entrance 3 of the park, which is so much more convenient than main gate; however, you must have your hard tickets or on your phone. They don’t take vouchers. This location is about 25 minutes from the main gate, but it is in such a nice area for bike riding, hiking or just enjoying the peace and quiet. The room was modern and really nice. For Americans, the breakfast is more European, but a nice display. Also recommend stopping at the market before heading up the hill for snacks and drinks, the minibar is a little pricey.
