A very satisfied experience in Vinh Yen. I stayed there 02 times but the receptionist still remembered me and then gave me a nice offer as a long-term custom. A new hotel with clean and wide room which was full of sunlight from the big window all day. It's also suitable for working with big table and comfortable chair. Free breakfast but the quality was beyond my expectation, not too many dishes but the quality of them were good, especially the salad, it was fresh and the sauce for salad was very tasty. The staff here were vey nice, I could not find a knife to cut my fruits so I called the receptionist and they did it and brought back to me room very quickly. And please note, this is not an advertisement comments, just having a very good impression in this hotel and would like to share for you all as a good reference for your choice :))))

The guest room is modern, spacious and very clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. Some staff need to improve English e.g. at Spa but they are still very helpful despite of language. The view from the window is the mountain view and it's very beautiful, similar like the mountain picture on the head board. The hotel has Executive lounge at the roof top with very nice city view to be enjoyed at night.

The hotel has a beautiful view. In the chilly weather of Tam Dao, sipping a cup of Venus coffee, watching the clouds drift slowly through the large glass window - that's all I need for a wonderful vacation. Meals in the hotel are very diverse and filling, however if you want to enjoy Tam Dao street food, you only need to walk a few minutes from the hotel to the square. Every corner of the hotel can take dozens of beautiful photos. It would be even better if you could stay at the hotel on a beautiful sunny day. The only thing the hotel should improve is the shower system before entering the swimming pool - such a wonderful infinity pool deserves a more standard changing room.

Cosy hotel .The deluxe garden view room was tidy, nice, clean but no beautiful garden (void area) on this time we stay. Breakfast was ok, but not too much options. I have a compliment with food&beverage staff on 11th floor on morning-friendly , and beef noodle ( phở bò sốt vang)- tasty. One thing I was really disappointed there - customer services at front desk. The front desk clerk girl in the morning, who never have smiles, irritable face. I wonder if I bothered her??? The second thing which made me give the hotel 2 star rating. When I check out, I requested to leave our luggages, It will be have no problem if when We came back to take it. We request to her “ Could I take our luggages ?” - HER RESPOND to my question with a curt answer and NO service : “ Go inside and take it” . She means we have to GO INSIDE THE FRONT DESK COUNTER and take it back ??? I really don’t understand because she is working in a hotel and travel environment - A CUSTOMER SERVICE ENVIRONMENT. I have a advice to manage and GM if you wanna become a great hotel, professional service , Note and focus on the smallest details. One more small thing, the house keeping supervisor should double check more carefully for hotel directory

I enjoy eating cocktails at the bar, especially the Jikwoo cocktail called Hoa, which was delicious, and they introduced me to many tourist attractions, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Vietnam. I have a touch with you at FLC Vinh Phuc from the time of booking to check in, check out, from sales to receptionist or tram drivers, the staff of the restaurant or spa. You are very gentle, and enthusiastic, always right and smiling. This is my favorite thing in FLC. The second thing I like is that the bungalow room in FLC is very large and airy, surrounded by many trees, when I wake up in the morning while watching the trees and listening to the birds chirping, all fatigue disappeared. The third thing I am satisfied with is the spa service, this time there is a very reasonable promotion price and the friends in the spa are also very professional. If I have the opportunity, I will come back to FLC, just to enjoy the fresh air, take advantage of the weekend, for the children to relax, if it's cold, swim in the hot water in the house, if it's cool, you can use the outdoor swimming pool.
