Overall our stay was good. The family really enjoyed it and the fact that it rain the whole weekend didn't ruin our trip as we spent most of our time in the mall and at tran studio. Best high light was the kiddy pool.

The place was quite lovely. Located on one of the main roads in Bandung, easy to find transportation. The breakfast was really good, and I visited the rooftop cafe, the place is quite small but the coffee was really good. The room was lovely but the sink in a bathroom was a bit clogged.

Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel.
