The rooms were very different. some are newly renovated, some are older. we stayed in the older room first, was not very comfortable, we later changing to the newer room which was much better.

The saty was great in Egypt ingeneral. I will come again for this country and especially for Helnan DreamLand hotel because Every thing was comfortable and amazing . And I Want to send many thanks for the staff as a whole (Restaurant, Reception and HK), and I want to thank Wael and Farah from Reception Due to their Efforts and profftionaliry. I explain the rating, as far as the Cuisine is concerned, nothing to say. The well-stocked buffet, lots of choice and good quality! This raises the score. As for the hotel, really beautiful, I would say stupendous, this also raises the score. Spacious, beautiful rooms. Now we come to the sore points ... what bothered me the most was the behavior of the waiters, lazy and almost annoyed when you asked for a favor, such as adding an extra seat at the table. I had to finish it myself, because they only made an effort to put a knife and a fork, when there were no cutlery for dessert, a napkin and a glass. Then other episodes that I won't list here ... Little Professionalism! Could this behavior be due to the fact that we were only a group, and perhaps they didn't expect big tips? Also because their behavior towards other customers was truly completely the opposite! (Especially those who ordered bottles of wine etc ...) The question and doubt remains unanswered. It's a real shame, because otherwise the rating would have been really high. Recommended? I can't give an answer, many doubts, maybe we were unlucky.
