It should be the best hotel in Aachen. My colleagues stayed there with their clients on a business trip. The clients were very satisfied.

What made me quite disappointed is that I checked in in the morning and they said the room is not ready. So I left my luggages at reception. But they did not help me put my luggages into my room. Usually, 5-star hotels will help guests put luggage’s into the room, but this one didn’t. Besides, they arranged me in a corner room at the end with a very bad view. It made me feel that I’m in the jail.

What we didn't like about our last stay:
(1) When checking out, no billing could be done - even though the Mastercard had a high coverage amount. This may give outsiders (reception staff and other hotel guests) the impression that there is no liquidity (note: during the final stay in the Quellenhof bar, the Mastercard later worked perfectly)
(2) when visiting the spa, no key for the locker in the men's changing room could be provided. I then had to stow my things in my wife's locker. The reason given was that the keys had been lost!
(3) There were already no towels available in the spa twice. Reason given: the laundry service was unable to deliver!

The Parkhotel Quellenhof Aachen is a beautiful, quiet hotel a 10-minute walk from the center of Aachen. It is definitely worth visiting the treasury of the Aachener Cathedral. The welcome at reception was friendly and professional. The rooms are kept clean and are spacious with a good bathroom. The breakfast is extensive and of very good quality with friendly service. Accidentally passed the parking lot and parked at the conference center 50 meters away. The wellness, spa and swimming pool were beautiful and the facilities were excellent and it was quiet. We hope to come back soon.
