"So the beds were like silk and the bed sheets did don’t fit the bed. The food gave people food poisoning and were sick all throughout the trip. The bathroom had no soap. The drain didn’t work for the shower so they gave you a brush to scrape the water down the drain. No shower curtain. The coffee didn’t taste like coffee. The milk was gloopy. It wasn’t a good trip for us."

"Located about a 30-minute walk from Aachen's main train station and close to the Lousberg tourist attraction. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the room even has a massage chair that makes it easy to fall asleep. Free drinking water and an automatic coffee machine are available 24 hours a day on the ground floor, and there's a bakery next door. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Flixbus stop. Rooms facing the street occasionally have some loud motorcycle noise, but otherwise, it's great. The hotel logo is quite cute; I might consider staying here again."

" I normally look for a cheaper F1, but the best value locally appeared to be the IBIS. At twice the rate of an F1, I was pleased to see the extra €25 really does make a difference. The warm welcome was genuine. The room was extremely clean and did not smell of smoke. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. And the ensuite toilet and shower all definitely made the extra cost worthwhile. Sometimes it makes sense to pay a little extra."

"Corner room with plenty of light; tiny bathroom with a 20x20 cm sink. Breakfast isn't worth the price. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. The reception is deserted all day: you enter with the key they give you at check-in."
