L'établissement est très bien situé, dans un quartier familial d'Aix-La-Chapelle, un peu à l'écart. La chambre est propre et pratique. Hôtel très calme. Cet hôtel possède dans un premier temps un descriptif très alléchant, ce n'est que lors de la confirmation de réservation, que les informations importes ressortent tel qu'un sur coût pour l'espace bien être ainsi que le parking... (réservation par Booking) Le prix de la nuit est correcte mais si on y ajoute tous les coût supplémentaires, cela augmente très vite. Hôtesse d'accueil très froide et peu aimable à notre arrivée (seule personne que nous avons vu de notre séjour). En ce qui concerne la chambre, les volets électriques datent d'un moment déjà et ne cache pas grand chose. De plus, les 2 petites couvertures une place pour un lit double sont très peu agréables et non pratique. Je ne vois pas où sont les 4 étoiles.

Please note that the Swimming Pool costs €3.50 per person and the sauna costs €12 per person. A nice property which is a little out of the way, but very pleasant.

Von der Anmeldung bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt, wir konnten den gebuchten termin aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht wahr nehmen, ohne mehrkosten sehr entgegenkommend den termin verschoben. Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück war super und sehr ausreichend. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowas erlebt man sehr selte. Alles war sehr zufriedenstellend und wir kommen gerne wieder, bis bald und nochmals Dankeschön :-)

Wir haben meine Schwester besucht. Schöner, sauberer Holzboden im Zimmer. Die Kopfkissen waren nicht fest genug. Ruhige Umgebung mit Parkmöglichkeiten. Tiefgarage kostet 15€. Nächstes Mal probieren wir vielleicht auch das Frühstücksbuffet.

Nicht sehr aufmerksames Personal.Spa Bereich unübersichtlich die eine Kabine die dort war konnte man nicht abschließen.Schlüssel. Passte nicht zu der entsprechenden Kabine.Frühstück wird der Preis Leistung nicht gerecht.keine Ablagemöglichkeit beim pool.Die Tür mit der Karte und lauter Gepäck etc zu öffnen ist umständlich.Lampe im Zimmer hat geflackert.Habe bei weniger Sternen schon bessere Hotels mit besserem Service erlebt.Sauberkeit war sehr gut.Restaurant war vom Personal und essen auch gut.

The Staff was friendly, reception ok and very helpfull. breakfast was great. The hoosekeeping was a disaster. Our jus clained bed was full with hair as of a hairdresser had its practice in this room. This is not wath a "superior" hotel should look like. This is an average 3 star hotel, absolutely no more.

Für mich das beste Hotel in Aachen und Umgebung. Tolles Ambiente, wunderbar ruhige Lage und toller Service lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das sehr gute, dem Hotel angeschlossene Restaurant bietet italienische Küche auf hohen Niveau in tollem Ambiente.
