What made me quite disappointed is that I checked in in the morning and they said the room is not ready. So I left my luggages at reception. But they did not help me put my luggages into my room. Usually, 5-star hotels will help guests put luggage’s into the room, but this one didn’t. Besides, they arranged me in a corner room at the end with a very bad view. It made me feel that I’m in the jail.

What an amazing place to stay. The grandeur you see and feel when gazing on the hotel from the inside is a straight reflection of the inside. It is extremely stylish and still resonates the vibes of the early 19-hundreds and you can feel the roaring twenties flow through the place. Very well maintained hotel with a great bar as well as restaurant. The aforementioned bar (The Elephant bar) feels like walking straight into the Great Gatsby. Similar for the restaurant, but walk into the bar and you'll see what I mean straight away. The latter serves some great fresh Flammkuchen btw. and great cocktails. Breakfast is great and the menu for dinner is honestly excellent with some great, well prepared and beautiful succulent dishes. You'll find a small but proper fitness room with the latest Technogym units as well as a nice Spa and Wellness area. If you want to head out to the city you're a mere 10 minutes walk away from the Rathouse and Dome. We loved our stay at the hotel and will surely be back.

Nicht gefallen hat uns beim letzten Aufenthalt:
(1) Bei der Abrechnung anlässlich des Auscheckens konnte - obwohl die Mastercard einen hohen Deckungsbetrag ausweist - keine Abrechnung erfolgen. Dies erweckt für Außenstehende (Rezeptionsmitarbeiter:innen sowie andere Hotelgäste) dann ggf. den Eindruck, es beste keine Liquidität (Anm,: beim abschließenden Aufenthalt in der Bar des Quellenhof hat die Mastercard später einwandfrei funktioniert)
(2) beim Besuch des Spa konnte für die Herrenumzugskabine kein Schlüssel für den Spint zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Meine Sachen musste ich dann im Spint meiner Frau verstauen. Die Begründung lautete: Die Schlüssel seien abhanden gekommen !
(3) Im Spa standen bereits zweimal keine Handtücher zur Verfügung. Begründung: Die Wäscherei habe nicht liefern können !

Het Parkhotel Quellenhof Aachen is een mooi, rustig hotel op 10 minuten lopen van het centrum van Aken. Het zeker de moeite de schatkamer van de Aachener Dom te bezoeken. De ontvangst bij de receptie was vriendelijk en professioneel. De kamers worden goed schoon gehouden en zijn ruim met een goede badkamer. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en van zeer goede kwaliteit met vriendelijke bediening. De parkeerplaats per ongeluk voorbij gereden en geparkeerd bij het congres centrum 50 meter verderop. De wellness, spa en zwembad waren mooi en de voorzieningen prima en het was rustig. We hopen binnenkort eens terug te komen.

Un lugar con mucho estilo y entidad propia. Lleno de detalles y con una calidad increíble así como una cocina espectacular, la amabilidad del servicio ayuda a cerrar un círculo que te trasladará a un espacio mágico en un lindo parque repleto de detalles y guiños al pasado y a la actualidad.
