Dit hotel is basic maar heeft in principe al het noodzakelijke en zit op een handige locatie, centraal in Aken bij het busstation. Het ontbijt is niet heel uitgebreid maar wij vonden het ruim voldoende. Minpuntjes waren dat de receptie maar een deel van de dag bezet is en dat het inchecken per automaat wat omslachtig is. Het wc-papier was ook niet aangevuld maar toen we er om vroegen, kregen we zonder mankeren nieuwe rollen.

One can check into the hotel from 15:00 hrs via a display in your corridor by providing your credit card and reservation number. When we arrived at 15:30, the hallway was full of upset guests with their luggage because the machine was out of order and the reception was unmanned. The check-in machine was switched on only when the receptionist finally showed up. I understand that you wish to automate things to save cost, but you'd better ensure your systems work! It was very dirty under the beds. The warm water in the shower keeps getting completely cold while you shower, which is extremely annoying. The bread quality at breakfast is bad! Why do you not buy bread from one of the many great local bakeries instead of using low-quality, self-baking bread? Still, I paid over €175 for one night for a very poor experience. Never again!

Das schlechteste, dreckigste Hotel wo ich jemals übernachtet habe. Ich war 2 Wochen dienstlich dort. Zimmer würde nie gereinigt. Nur auf Nachfrage gab es ein Handtuch oder einlagiges Toilettenpapier. Toilette noch vom Vorgänger verdreckt. Kein Fön, fast keine Ablage. Frühstück sollte man jede Tasse überprüfen, denn die meisten Tassen sind dreckig.

Grime on floor, surfaces unsanitary. Noisy location facing busy street, lots of road noise and emergency vehicles with sirens through most of the night. Receiption not staffed in the evening despite announcement it would be. Soul-less budget hotel.

Ein ideales Hotel für meine Präferenzen: freundlicher Empfang, guter Service, nette hilfreiche Mitarbeiter; praktisch eingerichtete, saubere Zimmer, allergiefreundlich,d.h. kein Teppich; zentrale Lage, dicht am Zentrum sowie an der zentralen Busstation, u.a. mit Verbindung zum Bahnhof. Lift zum Parkhaus vor dem Eingangsbereich. Für mich perfekt: ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit, komme immer gerne wieder. Außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten praktische Check-in-Technik. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist OK und wie überall veranstaltungsabhängig.Coronabedingt einige Einschränkungen wie überall.

Typical Ibis Budget - value for money but with it's faults Check in via machine is difficult, screen does not work when you press on it hence it took a while to get in Car Parking convenient - remember to get your ticket validated to get reduced charge of 9 euros for 24hrs AC not working and window could only be opened slightly so very warm and woke up with a headache next day Location very good but unsure if I would stay again due to poor nights sleep

J'étais un peu inquiet avant mon arrivé vu certains avis, mais je n 'ai pas été déçu. L 'hôtel est situé près des lieux touristiques et lieux de shopping. A 20minutes à pieds de la gare. Il n 'y a pas de réception à certaines heures, mais l 'automate située à l 'entrée vous permets , en Français, de faire votre checking et d 'avoir accès à votre chambre. A la réception on ne parle pas francais, mais on vous comprend en anglais. La chambre est très propre, l le lit bon, et la douche bien chaude. Le petit déjeuner est correct pour in Ibis Budget, et à volonté. pain, brioche, fromage, jambon, confiture, fruits, yaourt, salade de viande, café, thé, La dame du restaurant très serviable,souriante, et vous demande si tout est ok en allemand Je recommande ce hotel

Shower gel empty, cleanliness not good, extremely loud, no security in the hotel, no staff. Check in at the machine very long waiting time constantly broken. Entry with code not always possible. Staff very unfriendly. Breakfast is not worth the money really bad. Parking not as advertised 9€ but you have to leave the car and not drive in and out. No sleep possible at night. Young people kept kicking our door all night long, horrible. Price performance poor. A lot of people complained but no one was interested and the staff responded unfriendly. Not recommended, go somewhere else!

Hotel con prezzi nella media e con sufficiente servizio alla reception (inglese e tedesco le lingue) ma non c'è la possibilità di prendere neanche una bottiglia d'acqua (distributore automatico rotto). La camera molto piccola, la doccia bellissima ma a discapito il wc chiuso in un metro quadro senza aria. Il materasso comodo, da consigliare a una clientela business senza grandi pretese.
