Hôtel fermé après 18h ! La mention n'est pas super lisible lors de la réservation, donc si comme moi vous arrivez après 18h... ben vous êtes coincé ! Donc 2 nuits de perdues, et aucun geste commercial de la part de l'hôtel, une honte !

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mitten in Aachen mit viel Charme schönes großes Zimmer mit all den Annehmlichkeiten und sehr nettes freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück zu fairen Preisen. Wir werden sicherlich gerne wiederkommen

Ich war beruflich im bensons hotel und würde lieber 3,5 Punkte geben aber das geht ja bei Tripadvisor leider nicht. Das Hotel hat eine zentrale Lage (sehr gut). Zimmer war sauber aber leider etwas abgewohnt. Badezimmer ist klein, ich denke für Personen ＞1,90m wird es eng. Das Frühstück kann ich leider nicht bewerten.
