Hilton Garden Inn Aberdeen

Staying at Hilton Garden Inn gave our Ripken Experience trip a slightly more relaxed feel. The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable—perfect after long days in the sun. It felt like a place designed for travelers who want quality rest, not chaos. One of the best parts was how easy it was to step out for breakfast or lunch without getting back in the car. The Screaming Bean quickly became our go-to, especially on game mornings. It’s fast, local, and consistently good—exactly what you want when timing matters. This combo made the trip feel less rushed and more enjoyable overall.

Brand new spotless hotel. Absolute silence overnight. Nice people. Bar in the lobby made dirty martinis.

Room was not available Did not have the room I reserved and paid for.

We traveled for our sons Ripken baseball tournament. The room was so hot despite maintenance coming in and saying it would cool down overnight. It never did. We were moved to another room but I told them we would be at the fields most of the day. My husband and I tried to move rooms between games but the next room was hotter than the first at 80! The hallway was cooler. The front desk advised we would go to yet a 3rd room. By this point we are missing the baseball game because all of our belongings are on a cart and refrigerated items in cooler. I realize we don't have keys so I go to the lobby where she then says "Well, the room isn't ready yet." I was ready to cry, not only were we just wanting a room to put out belongings but we were missing our boys play. We had spent more time at the hotel than Ripken field where our children are playing in baseball games. When we went to go into 312 we were then informed they couldn’t get give us keys bc it’s not ready. This is ridiculous. We Forgot stuff in 412, so had to then again be let into 312. Hilton “guarantees” if things aren’t as we like, they will make it right. How about ensure your facilities have rooms that function as they should. Over $2k between two reserved rooms and this is the experience. We have to watch our kids play via GAMECHANGER instead of being at one of the most special tournaments to date. Thank you for ruining this experience not only for us not seeing our boys, but for our boys looking to our seats and us not being there.

Shocked We came into town for a funeral, being a long time Hiltons member the choice was easy, but the room was not clean upon arrival and during our 3 day stay, they NEVER once came and cleaned the room or brought us clean towels.

Paid for a room with *******. No room at the Inn. I need to figure out how to get a refund for selling me a non-existent hotel room.

From the two ladies in front who were courteous and professional, represented the Hilton brand marvelously. We will return again. Thank you for a great first time experience.

We were put into a room that had an obvious ceiling leak and it was raining and dripping on the bed.
