"The hotel wifi connection is difficult, it doesn't work properly when connected, the speed is slow, and it keeps disconnecting. I called the front desk, and they said that other people didn't report it, and asked if it was a problem with the phone. The same is true for the computer connection, and the front desk feedback can't be handled. I reported it to Ctrip, and Ctrip said nothing. I called the front desk, but there was no one on duty and no version was posted. I complained that today's Internet traffic is counted as Ctrip's."
