The hotel was clean and the room was clean quiet and comfortable. The staff was very polite and professional. I will be staying here in the future. there is a IHOP connected to the hotel. Housekeeping is polite and does a good job. I definitely recommend it.

Comfortable, clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious and filling breakfast. I would go again. Everyone was very accommodating and everything was clean. The breakfast especially was nice--hot omelettes and sausage patties with bagels and a waffle machine!

The hospitality was excellent. The desk clerk Moe was very helpful. You should reserve your room online because the rates and room availability are different at the hotel.This hotel is very clean. The rooms are comfortable . Breakfast is free and the waffles are excellent!

The rooms, hallways, lobby and dining area were very clean. Their front desk employees and waitstaff were super friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spots. The food at breakfast was easy to take on-the-go.

Heater didn't work in first room (February), fridge didn't work in second room, breakfast room had a massive water leak in the roof, hotel office facilities all missing (printer, computers)

Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable, clean rooms. Especially like walk-in shower. Restaurants and grocery nearby. stay here often and it is always a pleasant experience. Conveniently located to both Aberdeen and Havre fe Grace.

Lobby was nice. I like that they allowed dogs, though I wish we weren’t forced to be on the first floor in rooms that don’t have carpet. I understand if that is the policy for pets, but then I would at least like the floors to be freshly mopped before we check-in. I’m glad I brought my flip flops so I didn’t have to walk around barefoot. Bathroom did not have any towel racks, just 1 hook on the door which was annoying for a family of 4. Didn’t have a bathroom vent or if it did, it didn’t work. Overall, I found it to be overpriced for what we got. It was just okay and I don’t think I would stay here again.
