Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable, clean rooms. Especially like walk-in shower. Restaurants and grocery nearby. stay here often and it is always a pleasant experience. Conveniently located to both Aberdeen and Havre fe Grace.

Lobby was nice. I like that they allowed dogs, though I wish we weren’t forced to be on the first floor in rooms that don’t have carpet. I understand if that is the policy for pets, but then I would at least like the floors to be freshly mopped before we check-in. I’m glad I brought my flip flops so I didn’t have to walk around barefoot. Bathroom did not have any towel racks, just 1 hook on the door which was annoying for a family of 4. Didn’t have a bathroom vent or if it did, it didn’t work. Overall, I found it to be overpriced for what we got. It was just okay and I don’t think I would stay here again.

The room was clean and well maintained. The property has been nicely renovated. The desk clerk upon check-in was the most helpful I have ever experienced.

The room was a nice room, and overall the hotel is a nice hotel. The only thing that will cause some issues will be the small elevators, but hey that's really the only negative there was. The Breakfast was a waffle, eggs and sausage. There were other options available too, but I stuck withe biggies!

Checked in and was given key to room 415. The elevator was far from the front desk. We had a few bags to carry, and when we finally got to the room, it was not cleaned. We had to go back to the front desk, and was given a new room on the 4th floor. Again another long walk. The temp in the room was too hot.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient. Upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted and our reservation was handled efficiently. The breakfast room was bright and inviting and the food choices were ample and delicious! We will recommend this hotel to friends and will return ourselves.
