Aberdeen by Charles Hope

Fantastic building amenities. I had a great view and loved the space. It was great to have a gym and laundry. It was noisy at night because of the nightclubs close by. The building itself was very quiet. Communication with Charles hope was not very good. It took a while to get answers, if at all.

Lovely stay, ideal location and impeccably clean. My boyfriend and I stayed for a night as we had an event to attend in Aberdeen. The room was small but had everything we would need inside, including a full kitchenette and private bathroom. The facilities were second to none, the roof top rooms were lovely to lounge in and perfect photo backdrop looking over the whole of Aberdeen. The cinema room looked lovely, we didn't get a chance to use it as we were only there for a short period of time but it would be great if we took a few friends. Being on Belmont street I thought that it would be noisy but we had the best sleep and we didn't hear a peep through the whole night. The location was amazing because it was only a few steps and we arrived at the best street in Aberdeen for cocktails and pre-drinks. Will definitely be staying again!

Great apar**ent in a great location in Aberdeen. Stunning views from the garden room and reception lounge. Comfy rooms with all amenties provided- I was there for a week and everything was stocked up. The team at Charles hope communicated and made sure that everything was ok for me. The convinience of shopping centres and high street close by and the great team at the Point & Charles Hope- made the overall experience A++. Highly recommended!

The check in is very strange. You do everything online but then have to do everything again when you get there. Also a guy takes you to the apparment which i think ks weird. Apart from that , the place is great. Great location, amazing little apar**ent with everything you need. The matress and pillows are AMAZING! Ill be back next time in Aberdeen

On arrival to check in, I was told that I had an unconfirmed booking, even though I had completed the online check in process, the receptionist said I had to call a number and they could help me, calling the number I was passed between three depar**ents, ending with me being cutoff, calling back I claimed the above to the call handler who resolved the situation in 2 seconds. The checkin process had taken nearly 20 mins up to that point.

Room was very nice & clean. Check in was efficient and the team on the desk were friendly & helpful. Only complaint we both had was how uncomfortable we found the bed.

It is a strange setup. You collect the key, then later on you are asked to do the online checkout process. If you are trying to check out after 10:30 (if i remember correctly) you will be charged. The question is it better than a hotel, the answer is No. In a hotel you can talk to someone, ask for extra towel, ask for early check in, or late check out. In many occasions they accommodate you. Here they do not. I would stay in a hotel even with little extra.
