"Arrived late due to a late inbound flight and was still attended to. The amenities were decent, nothing extraordinary, but fine, especially for the location and price."

"The location was excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly. However, they unfortunately forgot to provide towels for the room, and despite requesting them, they weren't delivered; it was only for one night, so it was manageable."

"Unfortunately our room smelt of damp/wet dog so went to reception to inform them and asked for an air freshener, the gentleman at reception went and spoke with someone else and then took me to see 2 other rooms, these rooms both had the same smell so we stuck with the room we were currently in as we had our 4 year old with us. The gentleman from reception came back with some air freshener spray which I was allowed to use and then he took it away again. We have stayed here a few times before and never noticed the smell. The carpet was filthy/old as well which was probably where the smell was coming from. The breakfast was okay, 1 pancake machine which took ages to make pancakes which our 4 year old wanted but because it was popular there was always a queue, could be doing with another couple of them? I don't think we will stay here again, which is unfortunate as it's where we usually stay as it's easy to get to and not right in the middle of the city and has ample parking."

"Very good hotel, the front desk staff is very friendly, the room size is moderate, the facilities are complete, the mall is across the road, the restaurant is good, and the lobby decoration is good."

"You can find the location by following google map No service staff, you can ring or dial the phone to enter, after entering the keys are unified on the right hand side table Don't expect too much for beds, in line with general conditions But we thought the toilet was in the room and it turned out to be going out from another door (two doors inside) to get to the toilet and shower The lock looks very springy People upstairs can hear obvious walking sounds even if they walk lightly"

"Great location in city centre and efficient friendly service from reception staff. Limited facilities due to COVID-19 restrictions but there is an evening bar available with craft beers on tap. Comfortable bed ans spacious standard room. Good shower. Would stay again next time I visit Aberdeen. "

"This is an excellent hotel for this price range. The location is very central - only a few minutes from the train station, ferry terminal and main shopping area. The room is comfortable and very clean. Staff were excellent, very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and the staff were continually refreshing the buffet dishes. I’d definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is well located within the city centre. Heater in the room was exceptional for winter, with a fan for air circulation. The lift was down on the first day, had to drag my luggage up to the 4th floor. It was repaired the next day. Front desk was helpful & approachable. The room was acceptable for a solo traveller & house keeping was good too."
