GGuest UserA lovely hotel in a quiet location which is walkable to the City centre. The staff were very helpful and lovely. The food was excellent and the breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again.

MMorgan PeterReally nice Chinese couple running this place. The breakfast was good enough and the room was well thought through - with a load of coathangers and a multipoint extension lead just next to the bed. It would be a good idea to take your own shampoo/shower gel though. Quiet place. I went over a weekend, so was able to park outside on the road: the facilities appeared to include free parking when I booked, but I didn't see a car park. I would stay there again.

HHappy BESKENII loved that it was a walking distance from the airport and there’s a bus stop in front. The place was very clean and the staff very lovely. The food was good. Overall I enjoyed my stay

GGuest UserWent for breakfast, the fire alarm was going off in the restaurant, staff did not know how to switch the alarm off, everyone stayed in the room, staff continued to work. After 10/15 minutes I went to Premier Inn reception to complain as the noise was deafening. The manager had to go the the restaurant to ask the breakfast guests to leave and organise how to switch the alarm off. She apologies and refunded our breakfast cost, good for her. But where is the staff weekly training. There could have been a real fire and they were clueless.

Stayed here for one night with my wife and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. A comfortable place to stay, perfect for visiting the castle nearby. Highly recommend this hotel!

MMarcinOThe location was excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly. However, they unfortunately forgot to provide towels for the room, and despite requesting them, they weren't delivered; it was only for one night, so it was manageable.
