"Breakfast and its service was excellent.
Rooms were well appointed and well thought out.
I would have preferred if there were options for food in the evening. Or even a shop to purchase meals to be heated in the rooms.
However the location is second to none. Excellent overall."

Great
LLellSI’ve been fortunate to stay in some of the best hotels in the world and the Marcliffe ranks among them. The service was exceptional - warm, genuine and discreet. Open fires, excellent food, comfortable and modern rooms and a truly excellent afternoon tea. The new Skylark restaurant is worth a trip in its own right. Highly recommended.
CClar65The Chester is close to town and a quality hotel that we suspect would be rated higher if it had the gym and pool and spa that many five star hotels have. But, they are not needed. The room was a good size, with all necessary facilities. The common areas of the restaurant are of high standard and the food was excellent. Our room had a couple of minor issues. The shower door leaked a littlw, but caused no problem. The deadlock on the door dod not engage, but we were not concerned as there was a locked door between our door and the public areas. We will happily use again, particularly as the prices were reasonable and the standards and quality were very good in our experience.
GGuest UserI really enjoyed the steam room and sauna. Close to bus stops so it was convenient to get around. Walkable distance from the aberdeenshire coastal path, which was very pretty despite the very narrow paths (photo attached). Food was a bit expensive from the restaurant.
GGuest UserOn pulling back the sheets a pair of ladies briefs was discovered in the bed. Suggests the bed was not changed from previous guests. Reception was not apologetic and did not rectify or compensate. Very poor. It took an hour to check out because reception claimed we had not paid It tried to contact yourselves and could not resolve. I had evidence that I had paid yourselves. Complete waste of my tine and very inconvenient! I do not know whether it was Trip.com or Hotel to blame. I will not use hotel or trip.com again
GGuest UserClean hotel with nice big rooms and great facilities, the microwave and fridge were great added extras. My husband has a weird obsession with showers so he loved the rain shower haha. The staff we dealt with were all very friendly too. We will definitely be back again.
GGEThe small sink is so cute! !! If you catch a flight the next day, it is a good choice for classmates and parents. A 10-minute walk from the hotel to the airport is very convenient, and you can get up late in the morning.
[Location] The hotel is next to Aberdeen Airport, 10 minutes away. If you enter the city, take a taxi: 01224 494949, which is about 15-20 pounds. The bus is also very convenient. It takes 727 to walk for 3 minutes, and the one-way fare is 3.5 pounds.
[Health] Very clean hotel
[Value for money] High value for money, newer equipment, the cheapest Courtyard hotel in the UK is 600 yuan a night (may be slightly more expensive in November, winter and summer)
[wifi] Wi-Fi is free
[Room size] The room size is normal, not big, but not small. Two people will not feel crowded when staying. Better than too many European Hiltons.
[Parking] You can park downstairs
[Service] The ladies at the front desk are so warm and tender that they can melt into their sweet smiles. When you stay in Scotland for a long time, you will have a glass heart. Because the Scottish people are too enthusiastic, London will not, and the front desk will not answer (not for the Chinese but for everyone).
GGuest UserVery convenient for my conference at P&J live which is literally a stone throw away. Front dest is efficient and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. No significant noise despite near the airport. About 30 min bus ride to the centre, bus stop is 2 min walk away.
刚刚刚好旅行Very good, breakfast is good, the location is convenient, the hotel is modern, the surrounding environment is very good, there are bus stations nearby, it is easy to get out of the city, and the rooms can see the sunrise.
ZZandizhoushuhuaThe main reason is that the sound insulation effect of the room is average, and the people next door can feel clearly when opening and closing the door and walking in the corridor. It happened that we needed to go to bed early on Friday night because we had to catch an early Saturday morning flight, and Aberdeen people like to go to bars late on that Friday night. I was disturbed by the people next door coming and going, so I didn’t sleep good. Everything else is perfect, and the hotel service staff is also very enthusiastic, answering every question. The hotel is located in the city center, 3 minutes walk from the train station, and there are many convenience stores around.
GGuest UserHotel staff very friendly.
If you needed anything they would bend over backwards to help you.
Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Will definitely be back 😀
