Although it has a history of more than 100 years, the renovation inside is still good. The room is super large and not far from the city center. The only drawback is that there is no parking lot. The soundproofing is a bit weak, you can hear people talking in the corridor clearly.

Quite a few long walk from train station. If you are carrying heavy luggages, that would be approximately 25min. The room we were allocated at first does have a kind of funky smell. But the staffs are very nice and they helped us to change a room. Great!

Hotel was fine, only reservations, bar closed at 10.30 and seagulls were clearly audible all night.

Everything is very awesome. Fully cleaned room with all essential things. This is perfect hotel for staying . It just little far away from railway station but I really liked all the things. Really good.

Had an issue when we arrived Zen hotels had not confirmed our reservation but Svetla went above and beyond to resolve the problem. The best customer service I have experienced. Copthorn.YOU HAVE AN INCREDIBLE MEMBER OF STAFF At this time Zen have not confirmed my booking..but I fully intend to stay (even if i have to pay again) due to incredible service and fantastic surroundings..the bar area is lovely and again great service Copthorp ...I will stay again Will just have to book direct
