Great
GGuest UserThe room was ok but the moment I saw from close de bed had black long hairs here and there, and when I looked inside de bedsheets more hair was there, so my immediate thought was these bed is not clean . The hotel management should pay attention to this details as they say a lot about the category or standard of the place. Another thing was that toilet roll paper was not cleaned, so I had to ask for another one.
The best experience was the guardian who absolutely deserves 5 stars or more, he was attentive and very polite always helping with the door, bags and ready to answers a few questions.
GgerardVery friendly staff and good location. Although 3 stars is a bit high. It is rather 2,5 stars. Breakfast was a good start of the day, continental and Indian. Room was small and old, ac noisy. But who cares; you don’t go to Kolkata to stay in your room. On the roof was a terrace where you can eat and drink. All in all great stay. Will definitely come back next time
GGuest UserHotels play a crucial role whenever I'm out for a trip. Firangipani Suites is by far one of the best stays that I've been to. Starting from the location to the rooms & services - everything is top notch. The food served to the guests is also super delicious. An extra shoutout to the behaviour and cooperation of the staffs.
Looking forward to my next stay at this property.
GGuest UserMy go-to place for the airport. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Aircon works well. Plenty of nearby eating options. 15 minutes drive to airport (at least when traffic is light). Very good price to quality ratio. Only one thing: I wasn’t quite sure how clean the sheets were, I believe they could be even cleaner. But even with this doubt, I will come again.
GGuest UserClean and very comfortable room. Excellent mattress & pillows. Best hotel for a transit stop. Late night receptionist - prosenjit & capable efficient kishan made the entire process flawless. Jayasree - receptionist in the afternoon was very personable too. Special mention to the kitchen team for arranging a packed breakfast since i was checking out before the restaurant could open for breakfast. I'm coming back to this hotel incase of a similar travel situation for sure! well done, ra vista hotel & staff
TThedxbWandererThe security guard and hotel staff were very nice and helpful people and assisted me whenever I needed anything. For the price it's a decent hotel and a 10 minute drive from the airport. A few of my blah experiences here were that the room was very stuffy & humid. It made me feel like I'm in a damp room for some reason. Everything felt very humid inside the room even with the fan/ Ac on. Remember to bring your own tissues because they don't provide any and to bring your earplugs because the hotel is on the main street. The constant honking and road traffic nose gets really frustrating.
JJason2023Good location for tourist spots but quite noisy if you don't like the constant noise of beeping horns from the nearby road (not sure if it is even possible to escape this in India). It did get better between say 10.30pm and 8am). The train (immediately outside the hotel entrance) screeches by but not frequently, boat engines can be heard in the distance but it's on a river 😅. It was a bit of a party boat on some nights (loud and late disco noise if there is an event). The noise stopped at around 9pm one night but went on much later on another night; if your room is close to the bar it may be an issue was wasn't too bad for me as i use ear plugs. The most irritating noise, believe it or not, is people shouting or having loud conversations in the corridors. The room is 3* and there is no safe for your passport, cash, cards etc. The pillows, bed covers and floors were't cleaned particularly well. I had to help myself to consumables from the corridor as they weren't topped up by cleaners. Anyway, a very brief stay could be a good experience, one night maybe.I am pleased to have had the experience and despite the shortfalls would probably recommend it as a one off unique experience, for one or two nights. The breakfast was very good with lovely river views and a chill atmosphere.
GGuest UserIt was a pleasant and beautiful experience with you, the staff was awesome and cooperative. The service of food and house-keeping was marvelous. It's a memorable stay with you and i hope i will enjoy the same in future
OOm 18Well leaded hotel, very convenient place
I recently stayed at a hotel in the Golden parkk hotel in heart of Kolkata, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, placing you right in the middle of all the action. The proximity to major attractions and transportation options made exploring the city effortless. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kolkata!
DD. ChoThe hotel is located in the area where all the attractions are within walking distance. The problem is that the conditions all of the attractions in the city are, in my opinion, not maintained properly at all.
Other than that, the hotel staff are very polite and understanding. Although I have arrived very early, like 4 am. in the morning, the front desk opened the door and allowed me to stay in the lobby till dawn. I am very grateful for that.
