"The towel rack and safe in the bathroom were positioned too high, making them completely out of reach for a petite person like me. The next day, I asked them to place the towels where I could reach them, but I never used the safe. The chair was also too high and couldn't be adjusted, making it difficult to sit on and dangerous, so I never used it. I arrived late at night and had the wrong date, so there was no reservation for the day I arrived. The female staff member who dealt with me was unfriendly and rude.
