GGuest UserI was dropping off my child at the University of Washington in Seattle, and this hotel, Staypineapple, Watertown Hotel, University District Seattle, has an excellent location right near the university. Check-in was quite convenient, and the staff were very polite. The room's cleanliness was decent, though I'm not sure why the bathroom light wasn't working. I decided not to mention it as I was worried about communication issues due to the language barrier. We also paid $50 for a package for two people, which included Wi-Fi and two drinks but no breakfast, and there were no disposable toothbrushes or slippers. However, cups and towels were provided. Overall, I'd say it was pretty good.

Breakfast offered good variety and fresh options. Would definitely return and recommend to others for both business and leisure stays. RRenee VeronicaI was looking for a hotel close to a friend's house and took a chance on the Best Western Plus. The area I was in is known to me and frankly, I wasn't looking forward to staying in that area, but I am glad I did. The hotel is only two floors and as it is an older property it was suggested that I stay on the second floor for less noise. I did stay there during the week so that may have helped with the noise level.
The room was very clean and the view to the golf course was very nice.
The complimentary breakfast was very good, make your own pancakes via the machine in the photos listed.
A washer and dryer, coin operated, was available for use. A gym and a small snack area were also available.
**They do not have a shuttle, but are still close to the airport and right on the golf course.
A Chinese restaurant and an Irish pub were close by. I was told to try the pub, but thought I would go in for some American-style Chinese. Give it a miss. I should have. Irish next time.
***QUICK NOTE***
Wi-fi IS available in the rooms. In the description it read only in the common areas, but it is free and available in the guest rooms.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: They're currently renovating, and breakfast wasn't available during my stay... they said they'd issue a refund. The gym wasn't open either, but guests can use the gym at the hotel next door.
Cleanliness: Pretty clean.
Environment: It's right next to the DT, so it's convenient and safe to walk everywhere.

LLone_SojournerStayed at this location for an overnight layover. Very, very close to the hotel. More space than what I needed for an overnight stay, but was comfortable with satisfactory breakfast options. My only complaint is that the foot stool looked disgusting, but thankfully I didn't need it. Kitchen was fully equipped.

PPipimimiSince the flight was canceled, the airline arranged a hotel for us. It was 6 miles from the airport and had a shuttle bus service, so it was quite convenient. The room was quite large, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast at the American restaurant on the first floor was to our liking, but the dinner we ordered wasn't to our taste, which was a waste of our meal voucher. There was also an Indian restaurant, but we didn't try it this time.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for just a sleep over the night as the layover time was too long. So location and the shuttle bus were very important. However, The airport shuttle was a bit inconvenient. There was no attention and services to accommodate the guests’s departure. There were too many people who had to get on the shuttle and the shuttle was not almost unable to accommodate us all. Some had to sit on the floor and squeeze in between seats. It would have been convenient if the staff checked the departure time/need of the shuttles when the guests checked in so that they could have been arranged the shuttles sufficiently and efficiently.

First, the positives: Great location close to Pike Place and the train to get to Lumen. Front desk staff on arrival and leaving were friendly.
Now the negatives: Sent an email a week ahead that never got answered. Ended up calling 2 days before arrival and asked about early check-in. No option for early check-in guarantee but was told ”wouldn't be a problem” to check in 2 hours earlier than the 4:00 standard. Finally got an email at 4:05 that our room was ready. Needless to say, it really messed up our plans. Second, walls are paper thin. Had some influencer type wake us up at 1am recording his vlog or whatever. The one pair of free ear plugs just didnt cut it. Thirdly, I understand it is an old building but the upkeep and maintenance was lacking. Fourth, absolutely no clothes storage at all. Fine for an overnight stay but for multi-night stays, it got tiring living out of the suitcase. Fifth, parking is $45 a night to self-park a block away. And finally, not sure if they are the same owners but the bar/restaurant downstairs for guests had HORRIBLY slow service. Definitely not a perk to staying here. All in all, 2 stars. Won't stay again.

GGuest UserThe staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit.
Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall.
The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.
