The homestay our family stayed in Seattle was good and affordable, the surrounding community environment was good, and there was a park not far away. The homestay facilities are well-equipped and laundry is convenient.
It's a very remote motel, it's very inconvenient to contact, the procedures are complicated, and the signal is poor. We stayed for four days and three nights and were charged an extra 300 yuan for cleaning fees, but we didn't see anyone cleaning the place during this time. It felt like they were just looking for an excuse to collect money from you!
The room was very clean and newly decorated, and there was enough space for two large suitcases. The toilet is not in the room and you need to go out of the public area, which is not a big problem. There is a laundry room and kitchen on the first floor, with tableware, kitchen utensils and oven.
Even though reviews toward this guest house, which were shown in Google, are rather low, I am satisfied with overall features in the house. Especially if you like using public transportation such as buses and trains in Seattle, the location of the house is rather good. It only takes 10-20 minutes from the house to downtown in Seattle. Also, though the size of the room is rather small, but also it was also enough to sleep. However, the drawback in the house is that you can hear the noises from the other rooms. If you are super-sensitive to hearing noises, then I wouldn't recommend the place. However, if you are not sensitive to it, then probably it would be fine.
