Great location in city centre and efficient friendly service from reception staff. Limited facilities due to COVID-19 restrictions but there is an evening bar available with craft beers on tap. Comfortable bed ans spacious standard room. Good shower. Would stay again next time I visit Aberdeen.

I’d hoped last time was an aberration but no. Yet again, ID was demanded on arrival after a long, tiring trip by someone unable to understand that at no stage during the booking process are you asked for it. Apparently I was wrong and mustn’t be telling the truth. When she finally got round to asking me the booking number I was finally believed but the assertion that “we really care about security here, maybe you don’t” is about the least welcoming thing I’ve ever heard. It’s supposed to be the hospitality industry, no? We don’t routinely carry ID in this country and for it to be demanded when other Radisson group hotels don’t do this is baffling. Absolutely appalling service.

The room was a bit dated, scuff marks on the walls. Pillows and mattress seemed very very old, the queen bed I had 2 twin mattresses joined and as you can imagine, the center of the bed was uncomfortable to lie down. The frame of the mattress was protruding out making it difficult to get proper rest.

A modern hotel at the top end of town behind Union Street. On arrival was welcomed by a lovely assistant, she couldn't do enough and very informative. The room was extremely clean. There are a couple of ******* during my 4 night stay; towels and drinks not refreshed/replenished daily, ended up using the same towel 3 times. Breakfast was difficult to enjoy due to the number of tourists and even though had reserved tables decided to spread out. This led to a shortage of food available. As room next to gym you could feel the floor bounce when users drop weights on floor - could do with a sign nom dropping weights. Also could be improved with a weights bench. Did sleep very well. Car parking not cheap which is adjoining, however there is no discount. Location is ideal as plenty of pubs and food establishments nearby. Will stay here again, the little things have reduced score.

Normally we stay at the bottom end of Union Street so this was a nice change on location We enjoyed staying apart from overcooked breakfast

Rooms are fine, breakfast was a bit noisy due to ammount of people attending breakfast at the same time. Breakfast itself is fine, many choices. Overall hotel is clean and well maintained. Excellent location.
